Excellent location and staff. The staff even helped boost our car the morning we checked out.

Prima uitvalsbasis om Tofino en omstreken te ontdekken, wel wat luider vanwege de bar maar daar hadden uiteindelijk we niet zo veel last van. Zou fijn geweest zijn als er een koelkast of magnetron aanwezig was.

We had a great waiter by the name of Kyle who looked after us in the bar on our first night there. We had to leave earlier than planned and Kyle was the desk person that morning. When I explained we had a family emergency and had to leave, he was very sympathetic and said he would speak to his manager and see if they could give us any kind of refund. We still had two more nights booked. They were kind enough to deduct one night. Thank you. Kyle is exceptional regarding his customer service. He was a delight to to deal with. Very upbeat and positive. Other staff we dealt with were also great. Great location for the hotel. Rooms were good. Would totally recommend this hotel.

The room was large and renovated. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice. The only complaint we have was the spotty at best wifi , it kept going in and out

There was no sportsnet for the hockey game. No fridge or coffee in the room and ha to pay after first coffee. However it was good value and would stay again.

good hotel, friendly people

Room was high spec and clean. The check in process was easy, but only if you arrived in the designated hour window. The main issue was noise - the hotel bar was very noisy (due to loud music rather than people), which meant we struggled to get to sleep - even with the free earplugs and white noise machine they provide in the rooms (they clearly know it’s a problem but have not done enough to fix it). It is just about the loudest place in the otherwise quiet town of Tofino.

The location was ideal and the fact that it had a coffee bar, restaurant and off sale in the building was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the character of the rooms was charming.

Internet only issue - I needed to restart my laptop many times for a connection

Parking was adequaate but we were there in a shoulder period. There was no local T.V. and the sound on the remote did not work. That said, the hotel has been remodelled and is in excellent shape. And it is downtown.

Wonderful experience. We have never been to Tofino. Lovely hotel, restaurant, coffee shop. Restaurant has a lovely patio, amazing knowledgeable staff and fantastic food. Hotel is quaint, clean, lots of areas to hang out. Beautiful view. Free parking was also a bonus. You can walk to many shops and other restaurants. We will be back!

There are lots of good things to say about this hotel, but some weird/bad things too. The Good - Affordable for Tofino. Close to the water with views from the lobby. Nice rooms. A good restaurant. The Bad - There is almost always no one at the front desk. ALL the communication is by e-mail and not altogether. One email reminding you of the date. One e-mail with the WiFI password. One e-mail saying that their is a 10% discount at the restaurant if you are staying there (which I missed and paid full price. The halls can get noisy. The room was cozy but some amenities are lacking.

The room was really nice and cozy, and the bathroom was stunning. The new renovation looks absolutely amazing! The front desk accommodated an earlier check-in for us which was lovely. We also didn’t hear any noise from the pub downstairs at all, but we were in the wing on the other side of the hotel — if we had paid for an ocean view then we would have been in the wing directly above the pub which would have likely meant noise. The Bear was also really good and the oysters we had were divine! Would absolutely stay here again
