It's ok if you are desperate and need a place to stay. Room smelled musty. Very old mattress and lumpy pillows. Room was clean.

Really noticed after we had booked that the Comfort Inn in Sturgeon Falls was only $4.00 per night more should have booked that motel instead.

Was super cozy, very clean, and the staff was very friendly

Not Clean, very old and extremely worn out room. NO heat available in the room. I had to ask for a portable heater. Entrance door was very difficult to open and had to get staff to open the door for me on a number of occasions. Drug dealers in the room next to me, people constantly showing up to buy drugs. I advised the Owner and moved to another room. I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN SUCH A RUN DOWN MOTEL/HOTEL IN MY LIFE (I AM 77 YEARS OLD).

There seemed to be no heat on the 2nd night of my stay. The chairs needed to be replaced, little padding.

Property is very old. Slanted floors. Tub area in poor condition. Close to road. Electrical concern, many things plugged into power bars. On the other hand, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Its a ok place to stay one night. I wouldn't stay a week. It had a window A/C unit in the wall. It didn't cool the room very well and it was loud and smelly. The shower had very hood water presdure and the water is hot. No fan in the bathroom, but it had a window. Shaw satellite for the TV. Best part about this place is that McDonalds is right next door.

Reasonably clean, enjoyed the tv, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable stay.

Usually has a unit available on short notice at a good price. Units are very clean. Motel very close to highway and it is busy until +/- 7pm. This is only drawback. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
