Room was very clean, Staff was great and kitchen /bar was amazing

Clean room, spacious, comfortable bed.

Fairly quiet

I stayed in a room that did not allow pets but they had other rooms that did allow them. My room phone did not work and it took ten minutes to figure out the light switch by the door controlled power to the coffee maker. I would stay here again though. I liked it.

Fairly clean but had a bit of a low-grade unpleasant smell. Also, traffic can be loud from the highway. No gym or breakfast, but very friendly staff.

There was a large power outage during our stay and though there is a generator they ran out of fuel only a few hours after the outage. Luckily the power came back on and we were able to have dinner.

We booked last minute, when the highway got closed and we had to re route through creston. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our rooms were ready when we arrived shortly after booking. We had dinner at the pub and it was very good food drinks and service. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Clean rooms and great staff

Parking was good. Just wish there was a kid friendly restaurant.. but other than that it was a great stay...

Good parking, great location Good food at Jimmy’s bar

Very impressed with this establishment. Clean, inexpensive and the staff were tremendously friendly. Jimmy's Pub and Grill (attached)! Has a delicious dinner and the atmosphere was safe and inviting even on a Friday night. Must be the small town vibe. Not one single complaint about this fantastic restaurant, hotel and quaint little mountain town.

Clean and friendly service

Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Very late arrival, but check in was super easy, check out was easy and will be back!

The room was a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Upon check-in, guests are given a noise disclaimer, which was not mentioned during the online booking process. The hotel does provide earplugs, and most nights were manageable; however, Saturday night was noticeably louder. If you’re looking for a very quiet weekend getaway, this may not be the best choice, as the bar operates until 1:00 AM. That said, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent — centrally located and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The meal at Jimmy's was not the best.. basic pub fare, but great service. Overall, it’s a great hotel experience, just something to keep in mind regarding potential noise levels.

The bed was a little firm and we noticed stains on the carpet. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
