Clean room, friendly staff, parking in front of riom

Even though the room needs to be updated it was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the person who keeps these rooms so clean! I was very impressed!! Thank you

The room was fine for a one night sleep. Bed was comfortable and there was a fridge microwave and coffee supplies. The windows opened to let in fresh air. Restaurants were about a 10 minute drive away. We were surprised to have a large water heater in our bathroom! That is a first for us! This worked for an economical stay in Saint John.

Based on other guests we saw at this place, it is not recommended for kids, would look elsewhere. If you are adults who need a stop for the night, it's fine. Try to stay closer to the road, like Room 1. Rm 1 is louder due to secondary road traffic (not too bad) but removed from other-guest interference/ noise. Am thinking it's good for a couple of guys on motorcycles who are passing through. Found one large bug, but only one.

Older motel but very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

It was fine. A good value for sure. Did not offer a lot, and a lot was not expected. Clean. The only downside is that the bed was way too soft!

It’s ok place for an overnight stay and convenient location for taking early morning ferry Fundy Rose to Rigby.

Its dated and certain inexpensive things should be replaced but weren't. You can hear conversations in the next room.It is a clean place and near the highway but its a cheap motel so you get what you pay for.

A basic motel at a reasonable price that stands out because of the exceptionally friendly owner and staff.

This is a budget option as far as St. John goes, however, we felt that the condition of the facilities does not merit the price of the rooms. The room had a strange blend of musty smells and that of cleaning supplies. The bed mattress was worn, not firm. The bathroom was small, out of date and had some mildew buildup.

We stopped one night in St. John and the Regent was perfect for us. A fair price, parking outside the door, clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop there again.

A bit dated, but feiendly and clean. Good prices. Nothing bad ro say about it!
