The pool was out of service - Not written - on the web. We arrived there and super HOT DAY!!! Really not impress... They canceled our stay really fast, but we needed to find something else

Tres ordinaire Prendrais beaucoup de rénovations Style plafond et murs craqués, fan plafonnier manquant une pale, fenetre brisé, tv inutile car non inteligente et sans service tv, robinetrie magané, lit tres bruyant, douillette troué...surprenant mettons

Smelly rooms, bed not comfy, noisy rooms, room needs alot of love. Do not book unless you have no other options.

Air conditioning works, but very loud though. Quiet picturesque area with reasonable rates. Motel is renovating the pool.

Place is a dump.

Room Conditions were terrible

There were renovations going on, the pool was closed, the rooms were dirty and smelt like smoke, and had no pillows.

The pictures are generous. This is an older property. It was a dry place to stay. That is about it.

Don’t stay here!

I specifically booked a non smoking room but the rooms reeked like cigarettes. The guy at the front desk even admitted that all the rooms did. We ended up not staying because it was just gross!

We were just passing through Antigonish and stayed here for a night. We were confused by the parking situation, as we received a text saying that there was no on site parking, and that the lot would just be for loading and unloading. Turns out we actually were allowed to park in the lot. The lack of an elevator makes it difficult to get heavy luggage upstairs. Aside from those things, it was a decent place to stay.

Room reserved wasn't available,upgraded to the "honeymoon" suite. The windows were held open by pieces of 2×4 and no screens. AC unit broken, and no tv. When I shared this with the checkin staff I was told he wasn't the owner and could do nothing. I asked for a refund as I paid with debit card and was told he couldn't refund as it was a Expedia res and I should get a refund from Expedia.

Although this motel is close to other motels that cater to people coming in to do some quick work in the city, this place is terrible. There have been cops here every night for the past four nights, a lot of unsavory people getting arrested outside for conducting shady business in the rooms. Three nights we have gone without hot water. They did not want to give us a change of towels or change of bed sheets and they will not clean the rooms even though we have been here for 5 days already. Overall worst experience ever and I will definitely not come back.

L'hôtel est vieulleux avec des meubles de l'ancienne époque pas beaux a voir. Une odeur insupportable pas de téléviseur dans la chambre. J'ai tout de suite annuler et j'ai demandé à être remboursé.

No air conditioning, moldy smell, no help from staff, forced to pay upfront

Staff was nice, it was closed to downtown. Room was clean.
