Great location

The staff were so warm and accomodating, both in the receiving and restaurant! We love the delicious and huge servings of food! Our kids had a grand time! The view was fantastic and it’s just a few minutes walk to the city street filled great stores! PLUS, I accidentally left my belt bag with my wallet in it outside and the staff was able to return it to our room! We couldn’t thank then enough! Our stay was memorable because of such awesome people! We will surely return here soon! Thank youuuu, everyone!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great breakfast. No chairs on the balcony ( due to previous weather) however We requested 2 chairs and a very nice lady brought them upstairs for us she cleaned them as they were in storage. We were very appreciative. Also the TV was a little difficult to adjust and a member of the staff showed us how to adjust it. Very kindly. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. View excellent from The Rosebud suite. Friendly staff.

We stayed in the Alexandria suite - very clean, easy walk down main street, great in suite amenities. Overall comfortable!

From check-in to check-out, everything is done via test messages. It was an efficient process. The room is super clean and new (or newly updated). The bed was comfortable, nice pillow choices. We had a very comfortable stay. A short walk to downtown Picton and many restaurant choices for meals. Great locations.

Right on the waterfront. The main strip was walkable.

Quaint hotel next to the water. Really beautiful area behind the hotel with chairs. Extremely friendly staff. Free parking. The Lighthouse restaurant was just inside and was excellent. The rooms were small but comfortable. The sheets on the beds were so amazingly soft.

We stayed in the Rosebud suite. The staff provided excellent customer service- responded to all inquiries quickly before our arrival. Room was spacious, clean, updated. However our suite was right beside another suite. The people in that suite talked very loud until midnight, we had to call the front desk. The rooms are close and so I wonder about the sound proofing. Also the snow plow started going at 6:45 am. This was not the fault of the hotel, it snowed quite a bit. The restaurant was great for a filling breakfast. Room had a nice view.

The AC kept the room very warm, beds were so comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean everything! Comfortable beds, furniture, kitchen was great and stocked, shower and bathroom is nice, great downtown location, I’ll be back!

Convenient texting when our room was ready and passcode for the door. Did not need to do a check-in in person which was wonderful. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing!

Construction noise in the morning was challenging.
