For a quick 1 night stay before morning ferry, it worked for us. Very spacious and clean. For an older unit, the bathroom was excellent, and updated. Would stay again.

Location is excellent for dog walking and bird watching. Warm and comfortable stay.

The young woman in the office was excellent. She showed me the room options, let us check in early and was very friendly.

Host was very accommodating, the place was quiet, clean and tidy.

The saff were very nice, but the room itself was not great. My room was on the ground level, the floorboards were pulling up in areas, like there had been a leak or flooding on the floors or something. The toilet seat was almost completely unattached, one of the light bulbs were burnt out. The bedding had no fitted sheets. It was two top sheets. The bottom one kept pulling up if you moved or turned over. The beds were not comfortable at all. I tried one and it was super uncomfortable so i tried the other and it wasn't any better. I woke up with a back ache and very stiff. I won't be staying here again. $100 + dollars may not be much to some people per night, but it was a lot to put out for me and was definitely not worth the experience.

Need more blankets on bed this time of year and a better heating
