Great spot to stay in Penticton!! Estelle was so sweet and helpful! Will definitely keep Empire Motel in mind for future trips!

It was an older hotel. Close to beach. Clean, staff got me in before check out time. Staff helpful. Price was good during the weekdays.

Just a warm, inviting experience. Full size fridge, great pool, gazebos. Most importantly- wonderful people. Will always be our Penticton go to.

I recently stayed at the Empire Motel. The manager was there when I checked in after 10 PM. The room was clean and tidy. It wasn’t really fancy, but it was a room that has been remodelled, and modern, and had all the necessities. There was a desk, a refrigerator with a little freezer, there was a coffee maker. There was also a TV, but I never used it.They had shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the shower and a hairdryer. The bedding was very comfortable and clean.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and immediately made me feel right at home! The property was immaculately clean and the pool was beautiful. You can tell they take great pride in what they do and truly care about the guest experience! I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms have been updated and are clean and have a larger fridge than most hotels. Nice grounds with heated outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Estelle is a gem! Kind, friendly, helpful — interacting with her was a highlight of our stay! The room had been updated in the last couple of years, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, the water was hot and the AC was cold. We didn’t have time to utilize the pool, BBQs or gazebos, but everything looked well maintained. Bakery, pizza, Japanese food, liquor and convenience store all right across the street, and less than five minute walk to Skaha beach. It was also very close to the family we were visiting. The Empire was a good value, great location and I would gladly stay here again.

Great location in a safe area, just a short walk to Skaha Lake Park. The hotel was very clean, with newly renovated bathrooms that felt fresh and modern. The owner was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable!

Excellent experience at the Empire Motel. Run by the friendliest people. So helpful with anything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend a stay at the Empire motel while in the Penticton area.

The owners are wonderful and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and had air conditioning in the room. Bed was comfortable as well. Will stay again.

i got a recommendation from my conference staff. I was having so much thankful. the place is 5 minute walkng from the beach. The room was so clean and the staff was helpul with everything, I'm glad that the kitchen in the room has everything i need!!
