We stayed there for one night. Rented two bed in an eight bed dormitory. We got there around 2.30 and they assigned to us one room, we left all of our things in the beds, and then when we got back around 7 pm, there was someone else using one of our beds, so we asked the receptionist and he said, we had to go to another room, so we changed, we went out again, ad when we get back, again one of our beds was occupied, they made us change our room again at 2 am!!, we changed, and then we realized that there was only one bed in the room they assigned to us now, the receptionist had to come up to see it, and changed again, at the end one had to sleep in one room and the other in another room. They said they would get back the money of one bed, we left our contact and they haven't contacted us yet!
It was a really terrible experience, changing one time is fine, we can understand they Mae a mistake, but three times, is too much. Their excuse was they had just opened the hostal again. They need to have a better control system.
