The parking was good, we stayed during a snowy time but the driveway was clear, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was not quite what I had hoped for, but my standards are high bc I clean for a living. Nothing I couldn’t remedy however truthfully you shouldn’t have to clean your own room to feel comfortable. More attention should be paid to detail. Example the walls and corners in the bathroom and around taps. The kitchenette was great but again the coffee maker still had a used coffee pod in it from the previous guest and attention to detail like wiping out the cupboard dust and cleaning properly around the sink. Small details make a difference. Overall our stay was pleasant and what we expected.

Clean room and great staff

Door was jammed and almost impossible to open the whole time. Otherwise a basic Ontario motel but a bit overpriced.

Very nice, affordable motel, convenient for fast food, groceries, fuel and near a Canadian Tire. Easy 10 minute drive to International Flatwater Centre in Welland for competitions.

Expensive for a three star motel.

After arriving late at the motel, the owner accepted us in gracefully. He was understanding and polite.

Very clean. Owners very nice. Nice clean pool. Two minutes from the beach. Close to Niagara Falls. Close to Port Colborne. Many extra like bottle of water, Juice, granola bars… surrely go back to this place. We really like it.

Convenient and affordable stay for a ball tournament. Check in/check out was easy and seamless. Very friendly staff. Pool was decent and right outside the door. Would stay here again should the need arise

The owners are vey friendly .the outside looks a lot nicer than the inside , the good was clean towels and coffee and water supplied every day as much as need , the bad , the couch ,the rug ,the bed cover all need replacing I wouldn’t sit on the couch or the bed cover .the sink has no plug so you couldn’t fill it with water .it was dusty around the tv and the coffee machine had a used pod it in apron arrival . This was our second choice as our first place got cancelled on a short notice and had to find another place to stay..

The beds were very comfortable and the the room was immaculate. It was great to have WiFi service available.

The price was a very good price, the host was very friendly and office was very clean. I seen on reviews the rooms are very small compared disagree with that. I had two double beds very comfortable very good pillows. Room was clean he even had complementary juice water and snacks. Had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Most hotels now a days do not have microwaves in def recommend this place to stay at if your in the area. And not want inf to spend the large amount of money to just sleep in a room

Great motel!! The owner was very friendly and courteous! The rooms were very clean with quite a bit of room! The shower had great water pressure and was stocked with a lot of clean towels!! We will definitely stay here again!!
