Amazing breakfast. Clean hotel with view on ocean. perfect for couple

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean. The view of the water from our room was wo derful. There was a bit of confusion with our reservation, and Marc Antoine helped Gabrielle to sort it out, and upgraded us at no extra charge when the room we had booked wasnt available. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was worth every penny. The $19 per person buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff was friendly and efficient. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, but that would be our only small complaint. Walking the beach before we left was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Superbe emplacement avec vue sur le Fleuve, coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Déjeuner buffet tout à fait délicieux, dommage je n'ai pas pu souper au restaurent, ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Le seul bémol .... je n'avait qu'une réservation d'une nuit, pas assez long :)

Great staff!

The location of the hotel was excellent. Just off of Hwy.132, close to the ferry and right on the river. It was easy to walk to the beach directly from the room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The early check-in was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was in need of an update. The room was dark and dingy. Not inviting at all. The furniture old and worn. The bed uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning. The latch on the sliding screen was broken, so keeping the slider open was not an option. Although there was outdoor space, the advertised "balcony" was not private at all. Other patrons used the space as a walkway, walking directly in front of you as you sat outside your room and directly in front of your room, so privacy and securement was an issue. Although the location was convenient and the vistas beautiful, we would not recommend or stay here again.

What a great spot, beautiful Motel, room on the water. Restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Perfect stop for our Motorcycle tour.

For such an old hotel it was well maintained and had lots of lovely upgrades. Staff was kind and professional and the views were beautiful. My only complaint is that the beds are incredibly firm spring mattresses. So firm that it felt as though we were sleeping on boards. With comfier mattresses, we would be hard pressed to find any complaints.
