We had a lovely one night stay here. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station, and it has a wonderful on-site restaurant.

La habitación muy ruidosa. Fui incapaz de apagar la ventilación. Contacté con el alojamiento y tampoco me ayudaron. La temperatura tampoco se puede controlar. En contraparte, el desayuno muy completo y de buena calidad

Our stay was awesome. The staff was helpful and very kind, so close to the old town. Highly recommended.

This is a great little hotel in a superb location where you can walk to countless restaurants, there is an open air street-covered shopping centre right across the street… the old town is a short walk away and of course you can walk down to Lake Zug and enjoy the sunset views. Highly recommended.

Fast alles gut. Super Bett! Gutes veganes Abendessen im City Garden Hotel. Frühstück im City Garden Hotel war enttäuschend, da es keine veganen Optionen gab (Soyamilch, veg. Joghurt, veg. Käse oder Aufschnitt). Bitte verbessern.

We arranged a taxi through the hotel from Zug to Zurich. They told us it would cost 150-180. We ended up paying 255. We needed some laundry done so we gave some things to them on Friday afternoon - they forgot to give it back and tell us there is no laundry on weekends. We could have arranged different laundry service if we had known. We would have also arranged 2 ubers for the price of 160 instead of paying 255. The staff is uninformed and not entirely friendly. There is no room service either. I would stay in a different hotel next time. The bathrooms look like hospital bathrooms. Unwelcoming place.

I had VERY bad experience with food poising from their restaurant...NOT good...

Fr. 26.00 für 2 Cafés und 4 Gipfeli doch etwas teuer.

Breakfast selection was pretty decent albeit it was the same everyday for the whole week. Room was spacious and clean.

Quietly situated but good positioned for local transport and shopping. Very clean good service friendly staff. Highly recommend this business hotel.
