We have been to different places and different hotels but this hotel really touched us! From the pickup at the station to our last breakfast, the service provided was just amazing. If you are planning to stay here. Include the dinner, you will be amazed with a 5 course dinner😍. Thank you for making our vacation memorable!!

Great location and fantastic staff. Restaurant is excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

Zermatt is a beautiful no car town, so walking from the train station with a lot of luggage may be a bit much. But the hotel offers porter shuttle, so I suggest you take advantage of that. We had the half board along with our stay. Which was fantastic. Our kids were a little wary of some dishes when ordering, and asked if some could be switched with something else. So the waitress checked and was able to swap some out for us. We were really appreciative of the staff, they made the stay worth it.

Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The room, while not spacious enough for two adults and two kids, could have accommodated more comfortably. However, the property itself was lovely, with beautiful views from the room balcony. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options, especially for vegetarians

The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Ótimo café da manhã

This is our first time in Zermatt. This is a very good choice for ski season. We even can saw the Matterhorn every morning breakfast time from the hotel. The service is good. Kind and helpful.

Fantastisches Hotel und Restaurant. Ich war vorbehaltlos zufrieden. Überaus freundliches und bestens geschultes Personal. Zimmer und alle Hotelbereiche sauber und bestens gepflegt. Wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Matterhorn und Zermatt vom Zimmer mit Balkon sowie vom Restaurant aus. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Simplesmente incrível, Staff maravilhoso, bar completo (Nacho nos fez até caipirosca), ótima localização e o restaurante do hotel também é maravilhoso. O Spa é muito bom e a atenção aos detalhes é incrível.

Very beautiful cozy hotel. Staff super friendly. Rooms very clean and beautiful. We stayed in family room and we loved it. Shuttle was available to the train station. Absolutely loved our stay.

It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights.
