Very close to Nipponboshi Subway Exit 8 so you don't have to be on the surface street when it's sunny & hot outside. 7-eleven is right across the street, Kuromon Market was steps away, so easy to travel around. Room was spacious the four of us (two adults and two teens) didn't feel cramped at all. Having a washing machine in the room allows you to pack lightly and wash at night or early morning and hang dry everything. Felt like a cozy little apartment for our two weeks stay.

Near to Niponbashi station. Room is quite big and refrigerator is also big. Laundary machine, cooking facility is good for long term traveler.

👍 location, top floor view, bright with lots of windows and good space for 2 people. Strong communication from host and we appreciated the earlier check in time. Large comfy beds. Cafe (Bony) downstairs is great value and 7-11 across bldg. has elevator too! 👎 it’s an older, dated studio suite, windows, bathroom need replacing or updating and unit needs a deep clean, as we found rogue hair balls!! Noisy during wee hours every night but that’s the location. Kitchenette has one pot but nice dishes.

キッチン使いませんでしたが 一通りキッチングッズ揃ってました。 IHが一つ、レンジ、ケトル、冷蔵庫もひえてました。 エアコンも快適な温度ですぐ暖まり お部屋も綺麗でした。

This room was the most spacious of our stays in Japan! We loved it and appreciated the accommodation so much. It was in a very walkable area of Osaka and 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

전반적으로 청소가 되지않은듯 지저분했고 겨울이라 창가쪽은 난방을 세게해도 추웠습니다 무엇보다 침대외에 소파나 앉아서 식사할 데가 없어서 매우 불편했습니다 체크인은 무인인데 미리 이메일을 통해 자세히 안내해줘서 쉽게 들어올수 있었고 온수도 잘나왔습니다 세탁기 청소가 오랫동안안되서 사용하기어려웠고 씽크대 온수는 뿌연물이 나왔습니다 온

Air condition was okay but the kitchen we didn’t use it..

房間大，交通方便，生活機能便利

家族で泊まるには充分に良かったです。トイレとバスが別々なら尚良かったです。歯ブラシもありました。出入りもスムーズに出来きました。

The bed was soft and comfortable. The room is big and has its own washing machine.

初めてのシステムで戸惑いましたが、部屋は広くダブルベッドが3台あってゆっくりできました。目の前にコンビニがありとても便利です。

Not clean at all. Sketchy entrance. Very thin wall, you can here the neighboor sneeze.

建物全体が古く、設備は最新ではないのでそう言うものが気になる方は避けたほうがいいです

エアコンが勝手に切れるのが 少しマイナスでしたけど それ以外はかなりよかったです

址很方便，這個無庸置疑。而且樓下有便利店，方便購買物資。 唯需要改善的是設施方面， 1:衣櫃、電視櫃都十分殘舊，彷彿是由入伙用到現在。 2:牆腳的膠帶都已經剝落。 3:沙發及床都不舒適，太軟，沒有了承托力，久了會腰酸背痛。 4: 床單、被鋪明顯殘舊。 5:浴室設施較舊，坐廁板都是舊式的，浴室窄小，經常撞到手腳。而且沖涼器十分不穩定，時冷時熱，使用感十分不滿意！

I absolutely loved this place! It’s very affordable, especially if you’re staying with a group. The location is perfect, you’re right next to the heart of Osaka. The beds were incredibly comfortable, honestly the best we’ve experienced in Japan. They were so cozy it was hard to wake up in the morning! I loved buying breakfast from the seafood markets next to it. for the price and location this place is 10/10. Thank you!!!

よかったのですが、少し古い感じがしました。 観光で使用しましたが、交通便ではよかったです。

I had a great stay at this apartment with my two kids, and it worked out perfectly for a family trip. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. The facilities were convenient and well thought out, having a washing machine was especially useful while traveling with children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for families!

ベッドや部屋の広さは良かった。 冷蔵庫も大きめで良い。 ベランダにタバコの吸い殻が大量に 落ちていて、エアコン付けると タバコの匂いがして嫌だった。 シャワーの温度が安定しないため、 急に熱い湯が出たりするので 気をつける必要がある。 最初の部屋のカギを取るやり方は 少し分かりにくいかもしれない。
