Great hotel—very clean! Host is quick to respond to questions. It’s electronic self-check which I’d never done before but very efficient. Host was very kind and picked me up from the train station when I first arrived. He also gave me a ride to the ski resort when I checked out. Many thanks!

Host is awesome, even gave me a lift into town after checkout.

初めてのカプセルホテルがここで良かった(笑) と思えるくらい またぜひ利用したい！ 駅から距離があっても 優しいオーナーさんが駅や観光地等 10分くらいの距離は送迎してくれるので 全く困らないです ただ… ベッドが高い位置にあるので 毎回降りる時少し怖かった…

今回2回目の宿泊です オーナーさんも親切で掃除なども綺麗にされていて快適に過ごせました。

施設が綺麗で、運営者の送迎や態度がとても良かったです。

The hotel is super new, functional and stylish and the location around the corner close to the bus stop to the city is gorgeous. Above all the hosts are very friendly and welcoming, picked me up from the station and got me there on departure. If back in Otaru, this will be my place to stay!!
