Very nice hotel super clean and nice room

Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen. Morgenmaden der blev serveret var som på et 2 stjernet hotel - sjusket og af meget ringe kvalitet. Sengene var godt brugte. Og jeg måtte bede om at der kom varmt vand - så blev det tændt. Mørk og kedelig værelse.

Nice enough place. Really more of a spot for Chilenos than for US travelers. Instant coffee at a pretty Spartan breakfast. Staff is quite nice. View room but dirty windows. Comfortable beds linens. No toilet paper in the toilets so the used toilet paper goes in the bathroom garbage can. Not crazy about that.

Not bad not good . Average property given it’s in Antofagasta.

La habitación impecable en cuanto a comodidad y calidad de la cama, ducha, baño. Personal muy amable Algunos detalles, estacionamiento muy estrecho para una camioneta normal. Al llegar el baño tenía olor a cigarro y el desayuno un poco básico para un hotel Suites, y debería comenzar un poco antes para huespedes que trabajamos en mineria

No es el Hotel, es su gente! Serviciales, atentos, te llaman por tu nombre, están pendientes de lo que necesiten, prácticamente te leen la mente, eso es lo que hace la diferencia para que cada vez regrese. Gracias Hotel Costa Pacifico sigan así!

En general fue buena la experiencia, solo un detalle de la toallas, las que nos tocaron estaban algo viejas ya.

Staff was helpful and accommodating, friendly, and professional. Reception desk staff prepared for our visit, and were we coming and helpful. Breakfast attendant was attentive and friendly. Overall stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Reception staff and breakfast team were each accommodating and friendly; customer service is obviously important to this location, and it showed in their treatment of myself and my professionals. Value-for-money was excellent, and made for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
