Great position great unit had everything we needed

The unit was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen in a very good location. A doona would have been helpful as the nights were very cold and we don't like to leave a heater on all night. There was a lack of communication at the beginning as no-one was at reception. The manager said they had sent a message to hotels.com syaing that the door was open and the key was inside. We did not receive a message from hotels.com. This delayed our entry to the unit by an hour as the manager also did not text us back. Other than the communication issue we had a great time.

Bob & Pat are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Very clean and large units with everything you need. Close to beach and lake and easy walk to shop. Brilliant break!

While the name is Ocean Front it is across the road from the Ocean and there is no views. The Receptionist was very pleasant and replaced the TV that was not working. The place was very clean and smelt nice. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The unit itself was quite dated and it could be improved significantly quite cheaply.

This was the third time we have stayed at Beachfront Apartments and Pat and Bob continue to maintain the excellent high standard in all areas to make our stay so enjoyable. They are very friendly and helpful but not ‘in your face.’ We love the quiet location in the Fishpen area which is flat and close to the beach. We’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend a stay at Beachfront Apartments.

Arrived to a friendly and very helpful lady who answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Beds are super comfy and best sleep as it is nice and quiet. The appartments are fantastic and very clean. Close to everything. Very happy with our stay will be back very soon!

Very spacious, comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need - the kitchen and laundry were great. Very clean apartment, pool and bbq areas and the hosts are very friendly and approachable. The kids loved the lorikeets. Would definitely stay again.

Good experience overall. Only one irritating item. The guests above kept on opening and closing a sliding door (repeatedly every minute sometimes) for the duration of our stay.

Large fully self contained apartment. Very comfortable with all facilities. Two minute walk to Merimbula Beach and five to Crankys cafe for great coffee.

Walking distance to beach and short drive to town. Everything was included in the self sufficient spacious unit. A few planes but they didn't spoil the time there.
