Clean room, quick and easy check-in. Excellent continental breakfast. Hotel is centrally located in Granby and close to restaurants and other amenities. Room acoustic insulation could be better but if there are no late "partyers" it is OK.

Very impressed! My room was clean and next to the door which made it easy to carry my ski equipment. The staff was very attentive when my son left his ski jacket behind and kept it in safekeeping until we could retrieve it.

Notre chauffe-eau avait probablement un élément de brûlé (on n'a jamais eu de l'eau chaude, que de l'eau tiède, au mieux). Les déjeuners ne sont plus ce qu'ils ont déjà été. Des options santé (yogourt nature, granola, noix, smoothies, fromage, protéines saines) seraient appréciées.

The room was clean and staff was super nice. I have no complaints.

The elevator is a disability lift, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was run down, and hot water seemed very limited. Doorways and walk ways were not shoveled, getting luggage into the building was very difficult. The room was very limited, but clean. There was spacious areas, and a couch seems standard. It was very obvious that this hotel was a school, with many attributes never having been updated. Clean hallways. I wouldnt consider the stairs safe if the weather is wet, i slipped. It was much faster to do all the stairs even to the third floor than try to operate the lift, which we only used to move our luggage. The manager was very nice and cheerful. You can tell he was very passionate about his job, i would say he even loved it. All staff was helpful and courteous.

EverYTHING WAS OK EXCEPT NO table LIGHT OR LAMP. THIS SITUATION WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Le personnel est poli et les chambres sont propres. Se serait pratique qu'il y aurait au moins une chaise dans la chambre.
