Davis Brook Retreat is not to be missed! The property is stunning, peaceful, and had everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing! Feels very remote while also being less than a 10 minute drive into town. The owners also gave us some great hiking recommendations! Would 100% stay here again.

Clean room, delightful hosts, great hot tub. Very quiet and relaxing. Oh and delicious breakfasts and friendly dogs.

The room was 5 star with a very good bed. Wonderful view from the room. Nice to soak in the hot tub. Wonderful hospitality. We enjoyed interacting with the family dogs.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. It was a great getaway for a long weekend. The location was less than ten minutes from downtown and that was important to me. It was close to many trails and we had a wonderful time exploring those. The property could use some updates though, and would benefit from some quick wins. For example, new towels, new small appliances, coffee supplies, reliable wifi, extra sheets and blankets. All that to say, it was a good stay. And if you're looking for a middle of the road AirBnB type of place then this would be a good fit.

very nice stay

The room was well clean and organised. It was spacious and with balcony window, it was an amazing rain viewing experience from the window. Hot tub was refreshing in the evening after the whole day and there are 2 dogs both were friendly.

Beautiful place, lovely people and pooches

Loved staying here big and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and the large washroom and great shower was a bonus. We didn’t cook while staying but there was fully equipped kitchen which was great.

Amazing! The property & room were great. 'Junior Chapel View Suite' - private bathroom & very comfortable & quiet. Breakfast was very good. Loved, loved, loved the main floor deck/patio to sit out in the evening. Pool was a nice bonus as well. Good location - close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel like you are getting away from it all.

Great stay, very nice and helpful hostess. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The hot tub and swimming pool were clean. The building is in a great location with many hiking trails nearby.
