New room look comortable, did like the old room when I stayed last time, but thanks good room

The entire property was a disgrace. The room was filthy with torn curtains and skirting board ripped off the wall. Furniture was sticky to touch and repairs done to the main door due to someone breaking in. Large bin in corridor collecting water from a hole in the ceiling and pieces of broken furniture on landing / stairway.

Gave me an old broken down filthy room then asked for better room and got a clean renovated room. Why do that first???

I liked nothing. The place is dirty right from the getgo on the dirty one and a half flight of stairs to reach the room-level as they have not been vacuumed for a while. The room was dirty. Hair on bedding. Minimal decor. Minimal supply of everything. No coffee in the room. The fridge had a totally iced-up freezer and no tray. The so-called "restaurant" is a small, dark and dismal hole in the wall. And the claim of being NEW is a joke as the place is full of debris. For me , using a mobility device it was a hardship to move from the room with the UNMENTIONED stairs when booking.

20 Stairs, no elevator. Rest of the place was adequate for a 2 star motel.

The place is very run down, but Manny at the front desk was great! And they keep it clean !

The room was like a sauna, and dirty, the window could not open, no tv remote, and the air conditioner did not work. We were concerned about having an asthma attack due to the black mold smell in room. And when I asked for a refund or portion of one they refused, and when I asked to speak to a manager , the staff refused again and told me to call back the next day ! We had health concerns caused by this hotel room and we could not return? . I asked if manager could call me please and staff refused me. This is a disgusting way to operate a hotel.

No tv remotes. No wifi password. Walked up the stairs and the top landing looked like a storage shed with broken furniture and garbage.

For a old hotel it was and can be restored to a grand hotel that were you want to stay..

Air conditioning was great. Room was clean fridge wasn’t. Lobby is being fixed.

Property is unclean and cupboards were sticky Floor caparpets were very bad and smelly. Place feels unsafe. I booked for two days and only stayed one night.

Our two consecutive stays were disappointing overall. The rooms appeared only somewhat clean. During our first stay, the towels had hair on them, and the comforter felt itchy. In both stays, the bathroom lacked a tissue holder, and the face and hand towels were dirty. The linens also did not appear to be properly cleaned. Additionally, the shower door needs maintenance, as it does not function properly. The pillows were another concern—they were small and quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Fair for cheap stay

Room was dirty lamp hanging off the wall ,bed was broke, wall heater was broke walls were all marked up carpet stained. Was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Old unkept hotel. Dirty, noisy, its a $50 dollar room. Tops. Save your money. Look somewhere else. I wont stay here again

The parking was so good but the room was not clean and a double bed for two people they put one table and one chair when two people want to eat something one of them has to stand

Need someone cleaning for air conditioner.
