I called the hotel from the airport at approx 4:00 pm for a shuttle pickup. I was alarmed when I was informed that no one would be there to let us in until 8:00 pm. After my phone call to the hotel, I then sent another message to the hotel to cancel my reservation and to refund my money. I have not heard back from this hotel. Expedia should consider removing this hotel from their hotel site.

The room Smells like mold it’s old and terrible I cried I reached out to the owner to get a different room but none were available the next morning this website said that it offered free breakfast when I asked the manager. They said the website should’ve taken it down then I bought KFC at night and in the morning when I woke up, it was a roach inside the bucket crawling around.

The room was in good condition and it’s a good location. Close to the airport with free ride to and from the airport, very good. But they really need to remove ‘breakfast included’ because it’s not. To be clear, breakfast is not included with this booking.

Room was filled with cockroaches. While I appreciate the odd one may get in, there should never be multiple scurrying around - in particular the bed, behind cushions, in the sofa!!!!! I contacted the owner/manager on Whatsapp and no response - i sent video and pictures. No response. And then lied to me on Expedia writing that I never contacted him. Communication was also difficult. I had to call and message multiple times to get information on how to check in since there is no reception/front desk. Finally, he seemed to be annoyed when I didnt use his shuttle service. We had limited options as a flight was canceled, but I would suggest you stay away from this place. PS. To be fair we did not try "breakfast" but it was losted as continental breakfast.

If the pool was able to use then the stay would be much better

The property is nice. The owner was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend and the pool is clean.

The communication needs to be an improved, breakfast was not included as stated when booking and the Wi-Fi does not work well in the studio room downstairs other than that the property was clean and privacy was great!

Overall the place is nice for the money but the neighbors noise oh my god it is ridiculous music play 24/7 very loud

Our stay was amazing. It was a home away from. Nice and quiet. The Lawrence's were very nice. Will definitely use again. Thank you very much for your generosity.

Felt like home.What i didn't like on the website it stated breakfast was included but when i spoke with the owner they informed me that they been trying to get Expedia to take that down so if you're staying there you will have to provide your own breakfast any way they have a good workable kitchen and it felt like home. Also the pool is nice and clean.

Booked and showed up to property, it was dark and no one came to the door. We had called numerous times and got no answer. Our taxi driver called and got no answer then when they called back we had booked somewhere else and they hung up on my husband as we were asking if we should come back. I need to cancel this booking...

Truly enjoyed our stay at Lawrence Pool House. Mr Lawrence was very hospitable and timely with picking my husband and I up from the airport. The facility was clean , comfortable, cozy and up-to-date. Very convenient location near shopping center and walking distance from ATM and Taxis and the pool was open and clean. Great place to lodge while I’m Montego Bay!
