Loved staying here. A nice oasis from the busy beach towns around Samara. Would recommend!

Excellent location. Other reviews are accurate. However, There are two locations for this hotel. one is near the main road - that is where the pool is and it is a small pool so we didn't end up using it. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the beach area which was as advertised. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were great. It is a small town so easy access to everything.

The property is advertised on Expedia as having direct access to the beach, but upon checking in we found out that there are two sister properties one being on the beach and the other one several blocks away from the ocean and with no beach view. We were also advised on check-in that the two bedroom apartments we booked are only available in the property which is remote from the beach. None of this was mentioned upon reservation. All the windows from our apartment were facing roads or walls of other buildings. This is clear false advertisement especially given the pictures of the beach from the property’s balcony included in the property profile which imply beach location. Our room was not worth the money paid given its location.

This place is kinda like an apartment..it is right in town and close walk to everything. Beach was close also looks like they have another building ON the beach . The breakfast was good ..the listing on hotels said it was included HOWEVER it is a charge per person . It was listed free breakfast and after they said there was a fee i showed then the hotels.com listing befroe i got to talk to manager it had changed . After we pointed it out.. so they discounted us and we were fine with it as we only ate there once..was good .. and they were very nice people ( still think it shoulda been totally included for us since it is what it said origionally but since they were nice it was not a big deal..plus there is grocery round the corner which we bought some stuff so we didn't eat out every time. Bottom line its a good place , felt safe and lots of kids at pool..which we as a couple we didn't mind but if your lookijg for adults only it may not be for you with a small pool ( was nice and warm fyi.) We would stay again if we return to Samara

Gorgeous clean and well constructed property. Friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Grounds were well maintained and very private from the outside town. Be advised there are two different locations, Residencias and Beachfront. We had a two bedroom unit with kitchenette in the Residencias. There looks to be several rooms above a restaurant at the Beachfront location. We had a 5 minute walk through town with access to the beach through the Beachfront location. Breakfast was NOT included in our stay but you could pay for a limited menu at the Beachfront location. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residensias Samara. We were at the beachfront location and our room was overlooking the ocean. The property is brand new and it was immaculate. Our room had a kitchenette and we were able to make our own breakfast and lunch and enjoy it on our balcony while watching the action on the beach. The property is right in the middle of town so we easily walked to the grocery store and to all the great local eateries for dinner. The hotel provided beach loungers and umbrellas for our use on the beach. It was very quiet at night and we slept well in the comfortable bed. I would highly recommend staying there and I would happily stay there again myself.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in and were able to get our room pretty quickly. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and we really appreciated the pool on those hot days. Samara is quite small, so we were able to walk to everything.

Large apartments in the back of the city with a nice pool. Safe place Walking distance from the sea side. Easy to parc your car.

This is a fantastic location and place! Lots of young families so it was great for our little one to play. The place is well maintained, the staff were friendly, and it’s a short walk to everything

Stayed between Dec 17-23 in the studio apartment with my daughter. Great place! Close to everything. Very clean. Great pool/deck area. Customer service via WhatsApp and in person was easy. They booked our excursions and helped with local reccomendations. Has only 9 units so it’s quiet. Beach is a 3 min walk. Grocery is 5 min walk. Great bakery a minute away. We will stay here again.

Great location close to everything and easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Property was kept very clean. Bedrooms were pretty noisy being right on the main road.

Very enjoyable, well managed condo style property 2 blocks from one of the most amazing beaches you’ll ever visit. Great little pool to cool down (or to swim in the hot rain), and very friendly and attentive staff. Sámara is a gem and so is this place. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I really enjoyed my time at Residencia Samara. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need, yet still quiet enough to relax. The property is clean, safe, and has a great local vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming. Perfect spot if you want a calm place to recharge while staying near all the action.

Wow! This place was amazing. We were here in the off season and had a great experience - especially with our room upgrade! Front desk service was fantastic giving us plenty of recommendations. Every space, including the pool, was exceptionally clean and well kept.

Our stay was amazing! The place was beautiful and clean and they even upgraded us to a bigger room with no extra cost. Definitely recommend this place, it’s like a luxurious hotel but at a great price!
