I reserved two rooms for my friends and I. Only one room was available when checking in so I had to go elsewhere. Found a good room at Mirador Maya nearby which I do recommend.

The trucks from the Maya Tren were very loud

First room had mold on the wall and the bathroom was dirty (we were informed someone else had changed out of that room an hour earlier due to plumbing issues and those issues were now fixed, but apparently they didn't clean the bathroom after). Second room was clean, but we dealt with noise all night as the construction of the hotel will ensure that you hear everything going on in the hotel, on the block, and in the neighborhood. This was supposed to be a quiet early night before driving out to Calakmul, but it ended up being a rough sleepless night.

Hotel bien pour une nuit, au confort basique mais propre et avec une literie confortable.

Clean rooms. Hot water. Super water pressure. VERY attentive staff. Many many thanks to Jose at the front desk who served as an excellent concierge. This is not a fancy place, but I’d go there again!

Um nach Calakmul aufzubrechen, war dieses Hotel perfekt. Preis / Leistung waren Top und der englischsprachige Rezeptionist war super hilfsbereit. Wenn wir am Morgen nicht die Frau nebenan eine halbe Stunde lang hätten wecken müssen, wäre der „Zwischenaufenthalt“ perfekt gewesen. Für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert. Es waren aber auch Gäste länger da und zufrieden. Mit Pünktlichkeit haben sie es aber wohl nicht so.

La propiedad bonita, el lugar del vecindario poco agradable. El recepcionistas muy elitista. Solo mostraba empatia a personas de que hablan Ingles.

I liked it here! Staff was kind and friendly. Bed comfortable, spacious rooms, right in the town of Xpujil which is the only real base for the local ruins including Calakmul which is still 2 1/2 hours away by the way by the time you finally get to the entrance. My only suggestion would be refrigerator in the rooms and maybe a little more water pressure, although it was not that bad.

It’s a very simple hotel but terrific for visiting the pyramids it’s family owned and they are all very nice people

La estadía en el cuarto cumple con limpieza, espacio, internet y tv para el precio está muy bien, puede mejorar cuando complemente servicio de alimento.

It was clean, safe and friendly

Great, family owned small hotel, located one block off highway (quiet). The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds, excellant A/C and spacious. Reception was friendly and helpful, limited english, but you can bumble though. The owners care, and are sincere about the services they are providing. Good breakfast. (Extra) Basic, but all you need.

Chambre grande et propre. Stationnement à l'intérieur de l'enceinte. Personnel serviable et accepté de mettre notre nourriture dans le frigo. Seul bémol il n' y a pas de piscine ou de point d'eau aux environs pour se baigner. Beau petit village pour se balader en fin de journée. Des centaines d'Aras verts on trouve refuge dans les arbres du parc adjacent. Fantastique!

Měli jsem vcelku velký apartmán v prvním patře, dvoulůžko, dřevěná křesla, bez možnosti něco uvařit, ale personám byl velmi nápomocný a na pořádání nám připravili horkou vodu, Wi-Fi fungovala, parkoviště dostačující.
