Muy linda Pero se escucha absolutamente todo. Así que todo lo bonito se muere cuando la chica del gym se pone a gritar o cuando se escuchan las voces "bajas" de los vecinos.. lastima. Realmente nos gusto.

Es un hotel limpio en donde se descansa muy bien y puedes desayunar rico

Todo muy bien, muy atento el personal, la comida en el Restaurat muy buena, la Limpiesa excelente.

La habitación es de buen tamaño pero algo descuidada, la regadera tenía fuga y salpicaba todo

Todo está muy limpio, solo que nos cobraron un cargo extra por la perdida de mobiliario que no nos dieron

My partner stayed for two nights and the accommodations were, clean, comfortable, safe and very convenient to the University of Puebla. It would be nice to be able to pay in advance instead of the property and it would also be helpful to have a 24 hour front desk. The security is very good and was helpful to check in. Would recommend. This property is not in the tourist district.

Afters several years with Hotels.com this Hotel is my first bad experience. Check-in was very long and complicated, they messed up with the credit card terminal and they didn’t know how to fix the problem… check in it took over 40 mins and by the time they finished, the cafeteria was closed. The room was very smelly, so smelly they sprayed “Lysol” to the room even before I even asked but it didn’t work., the odors were terrible. The tv was not working… I requested a room change but they said it was not allowed because that was the room that was “assigned” to me… next morning I asked front desk to call a taxi for me and they said that it was not an acivity that they can perform…
