Lovely hotel. Walking distance to tons of good restaurants, and the room was nicely done. The staff were very helpful; organised laundry service and booked a taxi to the airport. There is some noise from the onsite restaurant but it was worth it to have this conveniently close as the food was great (amazing shrimp!)

Wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Vertical! The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great, and the overall value was outstanding for the quality provided. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Room was nice and clean and a decent size excellent shower and toiletries. We did have lunch on our arrival and it was very tasty. Only criticism would be that our internet in Room 101 was pretty patchy. Seemed fine everywhere else, just not in our room. Staff were excellent.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with sockets at the head. Shower was excellent and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town. If you don't want a big breakfast (like us), there are lots of cafés nearby.

Very convenient location with a nice garden-view room. Mornings were a bit noisy from housekeeping, but the cute outdoor restaurant was a great touch.
