Check in was very easy and the overall place was really nice and in an excellent location! I will definitely stay here again when I visit. If you are traveling solo - and want a peaceful room - book 103!

It was a great stay and I was able to self check in and was clean.

El lugar está bien ubicado si quieres moverte por la zona romántica, el malecón y los alrededores. El loft en el que nos quedamos está muy cómodo, limpio y cuenta con todo para tu estancia. El espacio de alberca, muy cómodo para disfrutar del atardecer. Lo principal, es muy privado, todo se maneja con códigos de acceso y por las mañanas te encuentras solo a las personas que mantienen limpio. Mi sugerencia es que cuenten con estacionamiento privado.

El lugar es muy acogedor, con buen gusto en la decoración y la parte de la terraza es muy bonita. Pase una excelente estancia con ustedes

Suite 101 is right by the entrance gate so you will be dealing with the constant sound of the streets and slamming gate everytime someone enters and exits the building. We had no idea this was the case when booking this room, paid 234 CAD for a room that was charging less than half the price the next day. It had to be one of the most expensive places we've paid for in Mexico with the worst experience due to noise yet. Just would like to give a heads up for these suites on the first floor since there is no mention of how much noise you will actually have to endure.

I loved the fact that everything was 5-10 mins walking distance, the apartment was exactly as it shows cozy and comfortable I Totally recommend and will definitely come back !

No sign, just door on building, number to call no answer for well over an hour..said they had texted me instructions but I never received...in total took 2 hrs waiting on street to get to room..

Me encantó !!!! Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí. El lugar está super lindo, es muy cómodo, moderno y me encantó el detalle de la bocina Sonos. La ubicacion es inigualable dentro de la zona romántica. La alberca super linda y agradable al igual que la terraza y muy tranquilo. Vale 10/10

This is a nice place near zona romantica. I love the room especially the rain shower. I noticed there's no safety box inside the room. I will recommend and come back here next time.

The place was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was a centrally located area.

The room was well appointed, clean and modern. The rain shower was especially nice. Communicating check-in/check-out process was flexible and easy. The elevator can be a bit tricky and there were some very noisy birds or geese near the property that woke us up early every morning, but other than that, it was comfortable and located near plenty of restaurants and bars.

Great Value, But Be Aware of Noise We stayed at Lofts on Basilio and overall had a decent experience. The price for the accommodation was excellent, especially considering the amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus, and the blackout blinds for the large windows were a great touch, ensuring a good night’s sleep despite the bright surroundings. However, the biggest downside was the noise. We stayed in room 201, and our friends were in 102, both of which faced the street. The noise from outside was incredibly loud and constant, almost like it was coming from inside the room. The single-pane glass windows in rooms facing the busy street really didn’t help with soundproofing, which made it tough to rest. If you're sensitive to noise, I’d strongly recommend booking a room at the back of the building to avoid this issue. Overall, if you can handle some noise, the value, great staff, and amenities make this a solid choice. But for a quieter experience, definitely consider rooms away from the street.

Room clean, good a/c and great water pressure. Other guests were loud, street noise way too loud. WiFi not always available due to other guests using.

Esta bien el establecimiento,solo que tienen muchas reglas, ejemplo si te pasas 5 minutos ,te cobran $200 pesos y deben de tener a una persona físicamente para cualquier inconveniente. De todo lo demás está bien además de la ubicacion
