Lugar muy bonito, habitación cómoda, desayuno muy bueno y cerca de todos los puntos interesantes del centro de Zacatecas; a eso hay que sumarle la excelente atención de todo su personal.

No tienen restaurante, el estacionamiento es terrible porque ni siquiera es del hotel. Hay que subir dos rampas súper angostas todo horrible oliendo súper mal. El supuesto estacionamiento está a media cuadra del hotel pero realmente horrible como experiencia. Las camas de las habitaciones súper duras todas las habitaciones súper duras, mucha incomodidad.

Muy bonito y en muy buenas condiciones el hotel Su personal muy amable nos recibieron antes de la hora del check in y eso se lo agradecemos porque llegamos muy temprano y cansados y asi pudimos descansar muy recomendable

My Family recommended this hotel and everything they said about it was true. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt like home. Love it.

I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I booked a couple nights but had to leave after one night for personal reasons. The only staff I interacted with was at check in/out. Service was okay but not as friendly or inviting as I would’ve liked. First issue I had was from the start. I had to scan my key card multiple times before I got the door to open (and this happened other times as well). Then, once in the room, as we were closing the window, we noticed a large bug on the side like it had been squished when the window was closed before. It looked dead and dried out like it had been there a long time. Couple of issues with the restroom. The doorknob was broken and detached from the door. The toilet didn’t flush properly although this was fixed once we made front desk aware. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. Overall, the room looked clean (aside from the dead bug) and the a/c worked very well. The hotel is also in a great location. All this being said, I would not recommend and don’t plan on staying here on my next visit.

La atención del personal de otro nivel, el hotel es muy lindo y agradable, incluye estacionamiento y en mi caso el desayuno también, excelente opción por el costo

We love the hotel location and rooms have a lot space. The only thing I did not like was the bed it mattress was very hard.

El hotel es hermoso, sin embargo la comida no es buena. Me encantaría que mejoraran el desayuno de cortesía y ampliaran el menú. Solo ofrecen huevos al gusto, con una porción pequeña de frijoles y chilaquiles, o hot cakes 3 porciones pequeñas, jugo o fruta.

Hotel Casa faroles los recibió muy bien a mi y a mi esposo. Durante nuestra estancia todo estuvo muy bien. El cuarto estuvo muy limpio para mi fue 10/10 Lo único incómodo fue la cama estaba muy DURA (firm) desafortunadamente :( Lo que provocó que no durmiéramos agusto las 3 noches. Pero el resto del cuarto y hotel estuvo muy bien ubicado y muy limpio todo. De echo el hotel también incluía desayuno por lo cual estaba 7/10 La localización estuvo excelente todo de inmediato justo en el centro de todo. Restaurantes, tiendas- circle k (7eleven de U.S.A)

Hermoso hotel, impecable, instalaciones antiguas pero rehabilitadas, hermoso lugar¡ me tocó la mejor habitación con acceso por puente, nos encantó.¡ sin duda cada vez que vuelva a Zacatecas, será mi lugar para hospedarme.

Excelente ubicación, todo está cerca! Desayuno muy bueno.
