Lovely apartment with wonderful views. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Appreciated having the aircon as it was very warm some days. Great location, easy to walk along the river to the centre of Interlaken or to either train station. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Will remember the view from the balcony for a long time!

Awesome welcome by Alex who arranged for our rooms to be ready early as we arrived on an overnight flight and also gave us a tour of our suite. The 5 bedroom Flow suite was amazing, allowing our family of 9 to stay together with more than enough space including a giant living room. Amenities were perfect with a washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, common area with a self service drink/food system and ice water available 24/7 which was a hit with our family!! We highly recommend the HOP Suites for your visit to Interlaken!!

Clean, spacious apartment , great location, unbeatable views … It didn’t disappoint 👍. Sven was nice to help us checked in, and Alex gave us a little token ( potpourri) on our way out . Highly recommended if you want to stay in Interlaken. ( basically between OST and West ) . We went to Zermatt , Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen from here, Trains ( SBB App) are on time and very convenient to take you from one place to another .

LOVED this place. Just a few minutes from Interlaken, with a fantastic location next to the river. The room (studio) was perfect for our family of 3. Having a fully equipped kitchen was ultra convenient. Would come back any time we visit the area.

HOP is a modern and homey apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Interlaken. The Luxe apartment units have clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and includes a well-equipped living area and kitchen, as well as a balcony with views of the river. Access to our unit, the main door, elevator, and common areas are all done via mobile app/website, which in our experience was seamless and reliable. In addition, we found the common areas to be quiet and relaxing. The availability of on-site laundry was also a plus. Moreover, staff was responsive to our messages on Expedia and Whatsapp. For some travelers, accessibility may be an issue - particularly those carrying multiple heavy luggages as the building is roughly 7 minutes from the nearest bus station connected to Interlaken Ost. Nevertheless, alternative transportation is available, and our family did not have significant issues navigating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at HOP and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!

On my next visit, I will comeback to HOP. The hotel and the location were amazing. The rooms are clean, new and smell good. Please keep it that way!

Es el primer hotel que veo que tiene tanta tecnología adjunta en donde prácticamente si ya llegas con tu pre check in te mandan link para que hagas todo por ti mismo,la habitación aunque no sea con vista al lago siempre tendrás una vista impresionante al lago o montañas ,muy cómoda muy limpia y todo funcionando súper bien

The best part of my trip was waking up to the apartment’s view. I would sit out in the balcony every morning and just look at the mountains and the river. Public transportation is about 15 minutes away but the walk is so enjoyable. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need including a laundry area with washer, dryer and iron. Kitchen fully equipped and a public game room in the lobby with a big tv and video games. Love it!

環境寧靜優美，靠近河邊，步行至Interlaken west約15分鐘，提供不同的煮食用具，十分齊全，甚至有電飯煲，室內十分乾淨，有機會會再住。
