Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Quinta

Es la quinta vez que me hospedo en este Hotel y siempre me siento bienvenido. Son muy leales y serviciales. Dios los bendiga

the only thing I dislike is the odor that came from the Bath room it was clean but I guess the sewer odor were scaping out of the shower and sink, other than that everything was ok the location is great, they just charge too much for what they offer

Everything was close … restaurants, bars , nightclubs

The hotel was great but they said I didn’t have an Expedia reservation so I paid a higher price.

El cuarto es muy pequeño, el servicio de limpieza lo hacenmy tarde y usan mucho cloro que cuando ingresas al baño lastima la nariz. Esto no es nada sano ni para su personal de limpieza.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y muy ruidosas

I didn't like all the stairs with all our stuff other than that it was great I would stay again

This is a wonderful place to stay , safe, clean quiet and in the center of downtown Tijuana. And the prices are very agreeable

The room got cold, I turned on the heater, it did not work , They sent someone to check it, he was unable to fix it, He called another person and that person wad unable to fix, therefore they provided a blanket. Due to no heat. In the middle of the night I woke freezing, then got a severe leg cramp, started coughing and caught a cold.

La habitación demasiado pequeña para dos personas

I asked fo two double beds and I only got one . The room was very small. It was barely big enough to fit a double bed. With no windows . We checked out. He would not refund our money. Went across to Cesar’s where we had tried originally to stay but there was not a vacancy at that time .

Observación importante, el hotel no ofrece ni botella de agua purificada ni un vaso para algo urgente. UN DÍA NO ME HICIERON ASEO. LA MUCAMA PENSÓ QUE ESTÁBAMOS DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN, ESO ES SU TRABAJO, PUDO HABER TOCADO. LOS RECEPCIONISTAS MALEN CARADOS, FALTA AMABILIDAD, PORQUE NO DAN CONFIANZA A PREGUNTAR ALGO.

Todo el ruido de la calle se escucha, las almohadas durisimas
