Property failed to honor our reservation

The staff kept the place in top order and we're helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel if you want a great experience right near the beach with a daily walk along the beach at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful.

I feel at home and the hotel is one block from the beach😃. Easy to settle in, the family is kind and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and riding a bike into the centre is 5 minutes. My room is comfortable and I enjoy my exercise routine in the pool early morning. Lively

The owners were friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the suite was nice and had everything we needed and the property was cute and clean.

Decent place and location. Rooms have what you need and are comfortable. Shower kind of sucked, water flow is low and hard to adjust. Needs some maintenance and repair.

Near the beach and Malecon that we have a splendid view.

The A/C didn’t cool and is noisy, The water in the shower trickles down, no pressure, makes for a bad shower and there are no floor mats, (slippery floor) Very basic facility!
