This hotel is best for families 5 mnts drive to one of best beaches also grocery stores It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds . I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities . The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment . I ll go back again next time

La Atencion de Emanuel muy buena.

Es un apartamento impecable, muy bien ambientado, las instalaciones son excelente. Lo único que puedo decir es q para la ubicación siempre necesitas un auto o un servicio de taxi pero la distancia es auto son cortas a 10 - 15 min del centro de playa de Carmen en auto, esto también favorece al final porque la zona es súper tranquila, cero ruido excelente para descansar.

Stayed for 7 nights, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Away from downtown but we had a car rented, so that was a bonus because it was very quiet. There is a public beach a 15-20 minute walk away, 7-11 next door, a lovely cafe in the same building, and just accross the street a couple restaurants we ate at when we didn't plan ahead with very affordable pizza. Will likely return because it suited our family's needs perfectly!

Muy buena distribución del cuarto, tenía todo lo necesario, y contaba con todos los servicios ( refrigerador, aire acondicionado, lavadora secadora, estufa, alberca) y personal todo el tiempo atento en recepción

Al lado hay una tienda 24 horas, la limpieza de la propiedad en general es excelente.

The room was attractive, clean, comfortable, the reception was always staffed, we made in room and also walked to coffee and a yummy taco restaurant. We would visit again if we get the chance!

Very clean and quiet. Loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Elevator wasn’t working and it was a bit difficult with a child and stroller. You need a car as this location is far from the center of town. Only walked to 7 eleven, taco restaurant and pizzeria across the street. Caribe shuttle express came through and was our go to for transportation.

Todo muy bien ... Si regresaremos . Solo tuvimos un percance con la gerente del hotel xq quería cobrarnos lavanderia de unas sabanas y colchón ya q un niño se hizo pipi. Esto fue de muy mal gusto.

This hotel was such a wonderful surprise. The room was impeccable-super clean down to the last detail. Highly recommended

The property is 15 minutes from 5ta Avenida and far from all the activities. Not within walking distant to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, however, the sheets were stained. Comfortable overall. 7/11 conveniently located around the corner.

Lo único es que la piscina se veia un poco sucia. Todo lo demas excelente.

The staff were kind and friendly and the place was very spacious for a budget hotel. Close driving to supermarkets and Playa del Carmen. Kitchen could use some basic supplies such as a dish drying rack and sponge to properly wash dishes. The pool was not working which was a hassle for us with 2 young kids in the middle of summer.
