Amazing stay in Cusco! Wish I would have booked longer. Roomy, clean, and updated rooms, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast!

The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors... Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed. Reception staff were very prompt in answering the messages online. The taxi service from arrival time was fine, but the drop off was not pleasant, as the car was not working properly as was not entering into the gear and ge was a bit strefull as well as was the times of the Cuzco party and he was stressed about it and make unpleasant atmosphere for us too which was not needed, also at the drop off to the airport he was asking for more money than the receptionist has said that the cost will be, despite the fact that we have left for him tip and he was keep on asking for more as he spoke with one of his colleagues in Spanish and has suggested a different price... s/35 Receptionist said s/25. A down side will be that at night some music could of been had due to the near by club, but as a lot of activities did not bother us much, but just to take into account

Great location! For the price you pay, this is a good hotel with great breakfast. The room we got had no windows to outside. But overall, the staff were great! And the breakfast was excellent specially since it is included. Easy walk to main central areas of Cusco.

A wonderful hotel within easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and the main tourist attractions of Cuzco. The hotel is central enough that the tour operators will pick you up from reception, which is available to assist you at all hours, even packing you a breakfast for the early tour starts. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent with a great team in the mornings. There is filtered water in reception along with tea making facilities, however there is no coffee there or in the rooms so you may have to bring your own. We were in the front of the hotel in room 202. The bonus is that you get a fantastic little balcony to watch the world go by, however the down side is that it can be very noisy early in the morning from car alarms, the locals coming home or cadets (? Military or police) singing as they go up the street. This adds to the character of the area, but if you need your sleep bring ear plugs or use the ones conveniently supplied by the hotel. Also be aware that there is at least 20 stairs you need to go up and down with bags at the front entrance. The staff are fantastic at answering any queries via Expedia messenger. All in all this is truly wonderful hotel with lovely attentive and great staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic stay.

The bathroom and room were clean and the breakfast was good in options. It is a beautiful place. Location is great. As a retrofit hotel, no elevator, little buffer from street noise, and nowhere to unload your suitcase.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel located right in the heart of the city, and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is perfect — within walking distance to the Cusco main square with restaurants, and plenty of shopping & historic attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to assist with travel arrangements, provide transportation options, give clear directions, and offer excellent local recommendations. Their friendly and attentive service made navigating Cusco so much easier. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Close to everything. Room, breakfast and staff was good. Nice to have purified water in the lobby to fill our bottles. The only negative was controlling the room temp. The only option was a fan and a window that opens to the stairwell.

The property is in a great location and staff was wonderful in directions. The breakfast was like a 5 star hotel. The only issue I had was our room had no outdoor windows. We did have a fan.

The staff was very accompanying and organized for our group of 10. We informed the staff that we were leaving for our hike before breakfast was served, and in the morning, they prepared individual bagged breakfasts we could take with us. My luggage was held during the 4-day hike, and when I returned my bag was waiting for me in the same room I had before the hike. It was nice to come back to something familiar after sleeping in different beds for the last three nights. I would definitely recommend.
