Nice place

had a great stay here. breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

Room floor planks were broken in many places and can hurt on bare foot. Some music in the night was disturbing and that indicates room is not sound proof. Room did not have any windows that was strange and smell from the kitchen was another negative point . Staff was very good though .

I had just finished a 4 day trek to machu pichu and specifically booked this place for the jetted tub but the water was cold or luke warm. We couldn’t use the jetted tub at all because it was so cold. We weren’t given hand towels and we also had no filtered drinkable water. Staff didn’t speak great English but was able to help us get an airport shuttle in the morning.

There was no hot water for the tub or the shower, rather just lukewarm and borderline cold water. It was a big let down after expecting something relaxing. The room was clean, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast is included which was a plus as well.

Kaffet var fruktansvärt, poolen var kall men personalen var fantastisk och rummet var välstädat. Trevligt med jacuzzi och sauna på rummet. Rekommenderar inte ett rum mot gatan, gatuhundarna har party om nätterna.

A nice quiet place away from the busy central area. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the plaza if required. The hot water took a second to work but when it did it was very nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. The spa was wonderful, the hours were a little short but great for relaxing after a long day. The massages are great and not expensive!

Sadly the swimming pool was freezing (advertised as 17 degrees was around 5 degrees) and the sauna did not heat properly - I chose this hotel for those two amenities so I am very disappointed! I have emailed the hotel to find some kind of compensation as £40 for one night and to not even be able to enjoy the pool and sauna is very disappointing and upsetting! If they sort out the pool and sauna then the hotel will be fabulous! All staff were helpful and kind!

Snäll och trevlig personal. Fräscht boende med bra rum. Precis vad vi sökte efter. Ligger bra till om man vill bo lite utanför. Går ta Uber billigt

After a night where my sleep was disturbed by barking dogs outside, they happily moved me to a room with a jacuzzi. Staff was friendly and attentive

Room was great. However whilst it said sound proof room there was a dog barking a lot in the night and I woke up at one point to the strong smell of weed/cannabis.

Demora para check in, e o café da manhã não respeita o horário das 7 às 10 da manhã, reservei o hotel por uma noite devido o café da manhã iniciar às 7 da manhã pois tinha voo logo cedo porém ao chegar no café as 7:07 o atendente disse que o café começaria às 7:30, apresentei o papel entregue no check in cujo horário era das 7 às 10. Falta de consideração para com o compromisso do hóspede.

Everything was a bit run down, holes in the wall, paint on the floor, sink drain broken. It was nice to have a jacuzzi but it filled very slowly and couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Pool and hot tub was fun but also a bit run down; both were only about half full.

The spa was everything! Very good service and the hotel it’s very nice and beautiful. Friendly staff, hot water and everything we wanted and more!
