Horrible run down place. No water in bathroom, window torn open so a ton of mosquitoes! 1 single towel each the size of a hand towel.

The expectations are pretty low in Iquitos, but this hotel managed to slip UNDER them. Staff was unaware of my reservation (having a digital copy of the Hotels.com receipt saved me) and just seemed unable to make things happen. I asked numerous times if I should just go somewhere else, but they seemed powerless to even enable that decision. The room was dirty (stained sheets and hair in the sink drains) and the towels wet. That last point can be forgiven in the jungle, but not when piled with the rest of the disappointments. Go for the Victoria Regia or if willing to spend a few more soles, the DoubleTree.
