the hotel organized a party that had laud music playing till 3am. Our rooms (2) were just above the party room and we could not sleep. The hotel did not inform me when I booked the rooms that there will be lots of noise otherwise I would have booked our stay with another hotel. I already send a review and asked for refund.

The hotel had a party with a very very laud music playing till 3am in the morning. Our rooms were located just above the party room. Despite asking reception to change our rooms or have the music lowered they were not able to accommodate us. I reserved 2 rooms for my 84 yrs old father and me and my sister. The hotel did not informed us that there will be a party during our stay. Had they done that I would have cancelled the reservation. Further more when my dad was checking in the receptionist asked that he pay for the rooms which he did. This is unacceptable and for this reason I ask for refund. I will never stay at this hotel and will not recommend it to any one. My family and I are very disappointed.

Piękny hotel w historycznym budynku z 1909 roku. Kameralny, tylko 13 pokoje. Wspaniałe wyremontowany w stylu klasycznym. Bardzo czyste pokoje, chociaż niewielkie (dodam że mieliśmy dwuosobowy pokój bez balkonu, możliwe że inne są większe). Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dobrze urządzone łazienki. Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Willa znajduje się w centrum, do kieleckiego rynku 10 min na piechotę, do deptaka (ul. Sienkiewicza) zaledwie 3 min. Jest podziemny parking, ale dość mały, nie wiem co będzie jeśli będą zajęty wszystkie pokoje. Parking dodatkowo płatny 30 zł, niestety nie było o tym nic napisane podczas rezerwacji na hotels.com, więc okazało się to niespodzianką. Śniadanie w formie bufetu, bardzo smaczne i obfite. Tylko że moim zdaniem 40 zł za śniadanie to naprawdę przesada. Co się nie podobało - klimatyzacja. Mimo minimalnych ustawień (+23 stopni, więcej się nie dało, najniższy poziom pracy wentylatora) powiew był za mocny i za zimny, akurat w stronę łóżka. Po prostu baliśmy się się przeziębić, więc wyłączyliśmy, chociaż był upał. Można otworzyć okna, ale będzie słuchać samochody (nie za głośno na szczęście, hotel znajduje się przy małej drodze). Tak w ogóle dobry hotel, mogę polecić, ale nie idealny.

Excellent hotel, close to the city centre and with a very good restaurant. Comfortable rooms and bed.

Very nice room in beautiful historical building. Unfortunately, toiletries were basic and the towels worn out, although clean.

The room was small, no fresh air and cannot open the window.

It looked like a grand hotel. Very tastefully done. The check-in staff were exceptionally professional. The room was very nice. Parking was a little extra...approx. $8...but in a secured underground garage. A very good breakfast that is well worth the extra. A very nice place that we would certainly visit again!

Hieno täysin remontoitu hotelli kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin keskustasta. Iso ja turvallinen autotalli jos liikut autolla.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff and good breakfast. Close to city centre and sights. Local area looks run down but locals were very friendly and area is safe and quiet. Hotel recently refurbished and is in excellent condition.

Georgous boutique hotel with well appointed rooms, excellent service and great breakfast. This was our third stay, all from 7 to 14 nights and we love it

Needed accommodation at this end of town and found it in the Willa Huerta. For the price, the single room was ideal, superb reception staff, working WiFi, comfortable room, clean bathroom.

The hotel is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. I wished it was in a better area, but on the other hand it was very quiet and private. The staff did their utmost to please us and the breakfast was incredible. I would stay there any given day again...
