Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport.

Very friendly staff

Spotless quiet rooms nearby to Tigers Nest. Kind friendly staff and great food served in the restaurant. A short taxi/car ride to the centre of Paro. Had a massage here after Tiger’s Nest hike, which was also excellent.

The room was very clean, the bedding was fantastic, and the views from my room were spectacular. The restaurant food was average and didn't have several of the menu selections I wanted. Service at check-in was quite slow, with nobody around for the first 30 minutes after my arrival when I found myself all alone. Fortunately, there is a nice coffee shop on the property where I was able to wait until the hotel staff were available to check me in. Overall, this place is good value for money, and I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

The hotel was clean, the staff were wonderful, breakfast was great. This was the perfect place to stay for our 3 nights in Bhutan.

Nice room; nice friendly staff

Excellent stay in Bhutan- the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, they also provide breakfast to go for the early hike to tigernest (starting point is 10 min drive from hotel). What I liked at this place is that they have a restaurant, a coffee shop and a small supermarket at this place. Also traditional hot stone bath is nearby and they offer a driver. It’s a bit away from Paro downtown but an excellent place to stay in Bhutan. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed a delightful 2-night stay with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel offers a nice menu, and a coffee shop and convenience store are conveniently located next-door.

Lovely hotel just outside town and in a great location convenient for an early morning trip to Tigers Nest. Surrounding area is lovely. Beautiful mountains. Hotel has a very pretty garden to sit in and to relax after your climb to the monastery! Staff are charming. Room that we had was large, clean. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant good. Local, Indian, Chinese food and French fries which were great. Would certainly recommend!!

I sincerely advocate anyone who plans to travel to Bhutan (either on your own or by agent) MUST talk with Karma, the owner of this hotel. I compared the quotes (private rides and tour guide) from more than 10 agents, and Karma gave me the lowest and fairest, which is 1/3 or 1/4 of some "more seemingly high-end" tour agencies. Besides, she is extremely responsive and caring. Back to the hotel room, this hotel is THE MOST Cost-effectiveness hotel in entire Bhutan --- you get more than you paid. It is clean with fair price and amazing service. Last, the social classes in Bhutan is dramatically split. You can see extremely foreign travelers coming here, burning their dollars in a $1000 USD hotel while the locals are barely making the minimum wages. I sincerely hope that whoever are viewing my reviews might take a chance to reach out to locals like Karma and her friends and take their service, who are hardworking and genuine.
