Great location, great view! Very friendly and helpful management. The apartment has everything you need including an extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Nice views. Tricky parking and not direct access to beach. Worst part is no floor insulation with apartment above you. It is an old house converted into 2 apartments . Every step guest upstairs make transmits to your ceiling and sounds like it's a renovation zone. Very noisy as a result. Not great if your stuck indoors on a rainy day. Microwave doesn't work either. No oven. Just a cooktop.

Directly located opposite the Pass (a popular surf spot), this house provides a perfect opportunity to stay out of the hussle and bustle of town but well situated to take a walk, a surf and stop for a coffee at the Pass cafe. Great concept for a small family or couple wanting to get away with the ability to stay in the main house or smaller apartment downstairs to the house and completely separate (where we were). Comfortable and clean accommodation, but for the price the furniture and decor is out of date and doesn't really fit with beachside feel. A small negative for an extremely positive experience. Will book again without hesitation.

Most comfortable bed we have slept in. Great views over Byron Bay particularly during an electrical storm. Great restaurants in town (particularly enjoyed St Elmo). Only downside was inconvenience of getting to boardwalk.

Given wrong instructions on how to get there. Was lost for over 1/2 an hour

all it's missing is a pool!
