Everything exceeded expectations. The room was huge and comfortable. Bed was also large and extremely comfortable. Parking was very easy and convenient. Location was perfect as well. My only regret is just spending one night here 😭

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms in a good location close to the old town centre. Interesting historical displays within the hotel. Staff were very caring and helpful.

Loved the Hotel, our room had a calming ambience and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choices. Staff were welcoming at all times. Hotel is in a convenient location with only a 10 minute walk to main square.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Staff were so lovely and Bianca and Sur were extremely helpful in helping us get our rooms sorted before our stay. The food is also incredible, the restaurant staff really know what they’re doing and so attentive. They made our entire evening!

Lovely modern hotel, great staff, very comfortable.

Lovely hotel and welcoming staff. We didn’t have the breakfast but had drinks and nibbles in the bar of the evening and it was wonderful. We shall definitely return.

What a great place to stay in Ypres,Belgium. Walking distance to attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No problem communicating in English. Would not hesitate to stay there again !!
