I recommend this property for family stay

The bathroom in the Penthouse was not great because the one pressure was very low which make it's difficult to shower. Also, the hot water was not consistent in the showers in the bathroom

Had included a breakfast and transport however there was no breakfast and they had a hard time to confirm I had a free transfer.

The accommodation was good because there were various options, but the details were lacking. For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places. The restaurant was the worst part

Avoid Oasis Park Boutique Hotel – A Nightmare Stay I had a terrible experience at Oasis Park Boutique Hotel in Kigali. I am an American and upon arrival at the hotel, a guest was stuck in the elevator, and the staff acted like it was just another day—no urgency, no concern. Things only got worse from there. In just three days, I spotted cockroaches twice. The room had no AC and the fan was broken, and it took two full days just to get a simple shower curtain....I wish there is a spot to upload pictures for you to see my nightmare. DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THE ONLINE PICTURES. I cut my stay short and booked a room at another international hotel. The manager, Ghislain, agreed to refund me for the nights I didn’t stay at Oasis. But when it was time to actually process the refund, he stopped responding. The only thing I enjoyed at Oasis was the restaurant across the receptionist on the first floor. Overall, if you value cleanliness, functionality, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor—book elsewhere and save yourself from unnecessary headache.

The hotel was clean, quiet and with friendly staff that gave you all the help you needed. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff was fantastic both morning and evening. The room was large and well equipped. The location is convenient with all you need within walking distance. We were very happy with the place and can recommend it for anyone.

We came for business and vacation . We had some spiders and mosquitoes in the garden room . The rooms are great if you have children or need two bedrooms and a kitchen . If the bugs weren’t there 5/5 . Maybe spray before guests come and clean floors better a bit dusty . They recognized our Expedia gold / vip after mentioning . Staff was nice had a few hiccups but everything was resolved .

Me and I wife have enjoyed our stay at Oasis park. Very quiet, clean and a comfortable room with plenty of space and privacy. The team at the reception especially one called “ KING “ is a wonderful team player to the Oasis team. Very humble and always open to help you around. Hope to be back soon.

kitchenware is incomplete. We kept asking for this and that the day we cooked!

Home away from home.

Mooie nette studio. Ontbijt is goed. Doch veel te warm, er is geen airco maar ook geen ventilate. Wij hadden een studio aan de achterkant. Als je het raam open doet hadden we enorm veel last van de heel erg drukke straat met continue verkeer. Oordoppen zijn absoluut noodzakelijk

Overall the stay was good, however I specifically put my parents up in this hotel because of the airport shuttle and the pool. No one was there to pick them up when they arrived despite making prior arrangements. When leaving, they had to chase a few people down to find the driver and someone to check them out in the morning. Mosquitos were a bit of a problem and the pool apparently did not have a shallow end so my mum couldn’t swim. Not exactly what I had planned for them.

A nice serviced apartment option that is well equipped in an excellent location with nice staff. One major concern was the cleaning staff left our room unlocked (twice, the second time being after we flagged our concerns with reception). Otherwise it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time.

An amazing experience with top-notch customer service. Check-in was a breeze and was greeted with a smile. The beautiful property is very comfortable. They kindly offered me a generous late check-out since I had a late-night flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff worked hard to serve it with a smile. Oasis Park is now my go-to spot in Kigali. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and it's very walkable if you want to stay active. The Kigali Heights and the Convention Center are nearby, and it's easy to reach anywhere from here due to the availability of various transportation options.

The rooms were well furnished and the employees were friendly, they helped us on multiple occasions when we needed a cab to go out. The breakfast was delicious.
