Piscina un poco sucio se veia. No podia usar. El ambiente tranquilo y podiamos descansar muy bien

The place is really nice, quite, very clean and neat. The personal was very attentive, and friendly. I really recommend to go and spend time with your family or partner, it is free for children under 8 years old. Definitely, we are planning to go back in the future, i can't forget to mention the food was excellent lunch and dinner 5 stars.

We loved the experience, the view is breathtaking specially at nights and the best part was meeting the family that owns it. We got to meet all of them and they are amazing people.

Solo necesitan cambiar las cortinas muy claras y entra todo el sol y te da en toda la cara. Si quieres seguir durmiendo ya no puedes. Después todo muy bien.

1. El hotel no cumple con el modelo de reserva del aplicativo, exige un prepago al 100%. 2. A nivel logístico mi cabaña tuvo filtro de aire que lo repararon al día siguiente y no pudimos tener agua caliente ningún día. 3. La atención cordial y la comida increíble, pero tiempos de espera de más de 40 minutos. 4. Calidad vs precio no compensa pero si es acogedor

No es un hotel para llevar niños.

We went with my husband to spend the weekend and were fascinated with Lunahuana, the environment, the river and above all the warmth and attention of the hotel staff. They helped us with an urgency that we had and sincerely appreciate the kindness and of course the super attentive service. The hotel is in a calm place, a paradise surrounded by hills that contrast in colors. Its beautiful facilities surrounded by nature, decoration and super cute paintings. I loved. The very clean pool, the comfortable cabin, a delicious trout with the vinaigrette and the delicious macerated cocktails. Super recommended !!
