Stugan låg vackert men luktade ganska mycket mögel i det ena sovrummet.

Patio door had no lock on it. We rigged up an “alarm” on it while we slept. Check-in was laughable. See photo. A lady who was very impatient gave me directions to a place over a mile away. She pulled out the paper in the photo and told me to take a picture. Finding the registration building was also difficult. No markings and the coordinates the gave me took me to a cabin. Do not stay, the pictures make it look nicer. The scenery around it is outstanding.

Fantastic unit on a gorgeous property. The setting is top notch. Accommodation is well-equipped, with comfortable beds.

Heerlijke locatie. Vlakbij Diamond beach. Sleutel ophalen 5 km verder. Cottage iets verouderd, wel ruim met 6 bedden.

We overnighted in the old cottages and was very comfortable and nice. The cottage was spacious yet cozy. Very clean, nicely furnished, and had 2 bathrooms! The only suggestion would be to add a curtain to the bathroom windows for privacy. Wonderful waterfalls in the back.

Cerca del lago Jokulsarlon,con una cascada detras,vistas espectaculares, se ve la aurora desde el sofá del comedor si el cielo está despejado.Muy cómodo con sus dos baños.No hay supermercado en kilómetros, llevar víveres suficientes.Muy limpio y tranquilo. Que depresión volver a nuestro mísero piso de Madrid.

We loved it. Party of 7. Each cabin sleeps 8 but we had ti rent 2 cabins because they fine you TONS extra in fees for every person in your party over 4. So, it doesn’t make sense. But that was our only complaint. Loved the place. (Needed paper towels and a cookie sheet, but those are small things,)

Great location

Lovely modern cabin with great views and updated appliances and bathroom. Perfect stay for our 4 person family.

Beautiful cottage. We loved the waterfall view and comfortable beds. We waited for the host at the registration property at least twenty minutes after the 4pm check in time and nearly missed our glacier lagoon tour. I recommend they move to a contactless check in since the only thing they do is give you the key box code.

Beautiful magical property. Everything was 10 stars except for the fact that we were woken up at 3am by chirping smoke alarm and then again half an hour later by the second one. The batteries were obviously not changed and it really put a dent into next day exploring as we were not rested.

The cottage was awesome! 2 beautiful waterfalls behind, the cottage had almost all amenities except dishwasher and laundry. We had a great stay and would love to stay again! The only thing i would request is to add a dishwasher if you can

Clean and quite

Beautiful spacious property with waterfalls (one big and few small ones) right behind the house. Has two bathrooms and 6 twin beds. Highly recommend for a family of 4-6.

Loved this cottage!! No gas or market nearby so get gas in Vik. Clean, comfy, and the receptionist was so nice and accommodating. This was our favorite place we stayed. We will be back

The accommodation was pleasant and clean, and it was nice to see the aurora well.
