The host were so sweet, our rooms were exactly what we needed with enough room for the two of us and the breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. If you like a good strong shower head, you will be very pleased. They learned that it was my birthday that weekend, and surprised me with a bottle of wine and a little butterfly brooch. They also played happy birthday to me I think in their native language. It’s only 1.2 miles to the Falls and I know the host said we could walk there, but we chose to drive every time. So much walking to do when you get to the Falls I can’t imagine walking back-and-forth to the butterfly house

I really enjoyed my stay at the Butterfly Manor! My bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well-stocked, and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The location is very close to the WEGO bus stop, which was useful because I didn't come with a car. Since I didn't have a car and only used public transportation, I had strange check-in and check-out times, but the owner's were very accommodating. They gave me a discount for my last day since I needed to leave in the evening, made sure I was fed before I left, and even dropped me off at Niagara-on-the-lake the day before as a treat! You will be well taken care of here!

Amazing property! The rooms are an modern with updated amenities. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was very yummy and filling and the team there are all wonderful and pleasant. It was a great great experience I would recommend to anyone. It is located in a very safe area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Butterfly Manor and would gladly return. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, complimentary coffee, tea, and water, and a large Samsung flat-screen TV. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste for guests who may have forgotten essentials. The towels were plush, fresh, and smelled wonderfully clean. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated that a plant-based diet could be accommodated. The owners were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the cleanliness. Butterfly Manor was honestly one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Its location is also excellent, within walking distance of Niagara Falls and just a short walk from a WEGO bus stop if you don’t want to walk or drive. We highly recommend Butterfly Manor and look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Niagara Falls.

Excellent location, sparkling clean, and amazing homemade breakfast! The hotel was incredibly clean and located very close to the falls, making it super convenient to get around. I stayed here for 3 nights, and the breakfast prepared by the owner every single morning was absolutely delicious. He kept bringing out more food, ensuring I started each day completely full and energized.

The property was very pretty. There was enough parking. The rooms were airy and bright. Included lots of the amenities that I like such as a full length mirror. the breakfast was very tasty and the owners were friendly and attentive. I would recommend butterfly manor to other people and I would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and bed and breakfast. The room was beautiful and included a bath. The morning breakfasts were delicious and served in an open dining room with large windows to view the outside river bank. The house is roughly 2 miles away from the Falls - and a direct shot along the riverbank sidewalk. Rooms are all on the 2nd floor - so you will need to get any luggage up the stairs (Ted the propriator will take care of that.) Everyone was friendly and the place was extremely clean. No need to search further if you are looking for a BnB. This one is great value and run by a nice couple that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Ted and Wei were the consummate hosts! It was an absolute treat to stay at Butterfly Manor - clean, quiet, and spacious rooms with a lovely handmade complete breakfast served each morning. We felt right at home and loved how convenient the location was to public transportation via Wego.

There are no words for this place, but amazing! My boyfriend and I traveled to Canada. Canada. For the Niagara Falls. We were treated like a king and Queen at this establishment by the owners. They are dremarkable hosts, and you will not be ddisappointed!establoers

Butterfly Manor is a fantastic B&B and I would definitely recommend staying here when in Niagara Falls. It is very close to the train station, which was convenient as I caught the train from Toronto one morning and then back the next day. Ted, Wei, Salam, and all the staff were absolutely lovely. They were all so friendly and gave me plenty of tips as to how best enjoy my stay in Niagara Falls. The room was nice - plenty of space, with a very comfortable bed. To get to the main falls is a downhill walk of about 2km along River Road where you get some great views of the US side and the start of the falls. Walking back uphill is a bit more tiring, but I'm sure there are plenty of transport options.

Una sorpresa piacevolissima. Casetta carinissima con facile accesso fuori dalla confusione e parcheggio dedicato, a venti minuti di strada a piedi dalle cascate. Non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio. Oltretutto volendo il bus ferma di fronte. Il personale ci ha fatto scegliere la camera visto che ce n'erano due di simili a disposizione. Camera che si è rivelata spaziosa, luminosa e con bagno sufficientemente grande. La colazione è stata perfino troppo abbondante e abbiamo dovuto dire di no ad alcuni bis che in ogni caso erano molto alettanti. Pulizia della stanza ottima. Super consigliata, anzi verrebbe da dire che è stata più sorprendente la stanza delle cascate... Nei dintorni consigliabile una visita alle cantine e a Niagara On The Lake, che ha un suo fascino, tutto ad un tiro di schioppo.
