Vindia makes a great breakfast. We stayed in apt on first floor, very nice. Good location for seeing the sites.

The bread and breakfast was so nice. It was a beautiful home. The hostess was so lovely! Breakfast was great!!

Our host was amazing, breakfast was great, rooms were super clean, She even upgraded us to a bigger and nicer room, no extra charge. We didn't even ask. She just offered. Highly recommend. 30 minute walk to the center of falls or 5 minute drive. I will be back

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Hostess was very warm and friendly, made to order hot breakfast every day. Bed was super comfy. 1 block from the WeGo bus stop which made all the difference for us - I have mobility issues and we didn't want to drive. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at Ellis House. The room was small but cozy with it's own en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean. Vindyha, the owner, was super friendly and responsive. We loved the little patio at the front of the house and enjoyed our breakfast there. The breakfast was excellent - a 'made to order' omelet with toast, and the breakfast bar had fresh cut up watermelon and cantaloupe, granola, tea and coffee. It's clear that there is pride of ownership by all the plants around the property and other thoughtful details. We had one small issue with rain coming into the room through the window - there is a sign that asks guests to ensure the windows are tightly closed when it rains. It poured rain the night we arrived, and though we thought we had the windows tightly closed, water poured in and we had to use towels and a bath mat to soak it up. But as rental property owners, we know these things can happen. That aside, the B&B is in an excellent location - right off the road that runs along the river in a super quiet neighbourhood. It's only a 1 km walk from the Niagara Falls and we loved walking to the falls in the evening and the next morning. We really liked our stay - it exceeded our expectations.

Lovely b&b very close to Niagara Falls. Vindhya made us feel very much at home in her lovely house. The room (Ansel) was a good size and there was a great walk in shower. Breakfast was very tasty, I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Ellis House B & B

Clean and a good location. It's walking distance from VIA train station and a short WEGO bus ride from the main attractions, while in a nice and quiet area. Breakfast was delicious. The host is very nice.

My reservation with Ellis House for my 2 day trip to Niagara Falls was a last minute decision I’m so glad I made. The owner, Vindhya, was so welcoming and helpful, I really felt like I was home and being taken care of personally. I arrived late due to delays and all instructions were clearly left for me when I got to Ellis House, with free parking in the back of the house. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a room upgrade from my actual reservation to a very spacious and cozy room with great amenities like fridge, fireplace, kettle, modern and clean bathroom and lovely bay window to look out and let in the sunshine. I spent the mornings enjoying the beautiful surroundings on a quiet street just 10 minutes away from the Falls, with personalized breakfast choices, helpful tips and suggestions for the day and very accommodating service. It was so relaxing at this cozy bed and breakfast that I wanted to stay longer. I will definitely try to book again with Ellis House whenever I’m near the Toronto area. Thanks for such a pleasant stay and wonderful memory!

Such a lovely and easily accessible Bed & Breakfast! Vindhya was the perfect hostess, from answering our questions months in advance, to giving us excellent tips/advice for seeing the sites and getting around without a car! Plus her breakfast is scrumptious! We stayed in the Executive Suite (next door to the main building). Super clean, bed was comfy, and the automatic lights in the entry are a nice touch. In the morning we crossed over to the main house for breakfast. Vindhya took our order and then showed us to the buffet to get us started. Teas, fruit, homemade lemon cheesecake, muffins, and an array of spreads were a few of the options. We both chose the omelette plate and man! So good! We visited with the other guests while we ate. The next day, we tried the pancakes as well. Perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside topped with blueberries and strawberries. We didn't even need syrup. Vindhya even took care of calling us a cab to take us to the Buffalo Airport. Simply put, this was worth every penny. We loved our stay and highly recommend Ellis House. Thank you, Vindhya, for hosting such an amazing Bed and Breakfast.

A beautiful cozy house with an excepcional host. Vindhya was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our needs, including a late check in and early breakfast the day that we leave. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. We are looking forward to coming back soon!!
