Struttura molto carina e curata in zona centrale ma silenziosa e tranquilla. Ottima posizione.

Cute place on quiet street. Great rooms and stuff. Good breakfast. Lots of restaurant options nearby and everything else you may need.

El hotel es muy limpio en general, la habitación y el baño son impecables. Ubicación excelente, en un barrio tranquilo rodeado de restaurantes de muy buena categoría. Desayuno bien.

Séjour très agréable dans un quartier très joli et tranquille. Personnel très disponible et de bon conseil. Fraîcheur de l’endroit très apprécié.

Close to everything in the old city Staff very amicable

My wife and I loved the hotel and the staff. Everyone was warm and friendly. The hotel is located in a beautiful street with picturesque little houses. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and landmarks. The pool is on the top floor. It is small but cozy. The only complain was that the wifi did not work in the room (2nd floor). The staff installed a wifi repeater in the room but it still did not work.

I liked the property very much. Their pool area is not very appealing. It is more like a giant bathtub or like an above ground pool. The lounging chairs end up very inconveniently from the pool. There was no one using it but my husband and I since we needed to cool off. I feel they could have done better.

A localização é excelente, na área amuralhada, numa típica rua de cartagena, próximo aos principais restaurantes. O Hotel tem um café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Não recomendo pedir taxi do hotel, pois o preço não é esclarecido e os taxistas costumam explorar o turista.

El hotel encantador, se siente como sin estuvieras en casa, el personal muy amable, atentos, serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, la habitación pequeña pero lo suficiente cómoda para ( éramos 3 personas) y nos sentimos muy bien, el desayuno muy completo y variado, la limpieza excelente, el hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto, dentro de la ciudad amurallada, la calle donde está ubicado una de las más lindas, lo recomiendo 100 por ciento.

We loved this property! It was clean, quiet, and in a beautiful area.

Our stay in Hotel 3 Banderas was lovely. They accomodated us when our room has no wifi and were able to move us around. The pool and lounge area was pretty nice. The breakfast options were plenty. Finally the front desk staff were able to help with transport to the airport and Dining options.

O hotel fica super bem localizado, na mesma rua existem vários restaurantes excelentes. O quarto é espaçoso e tem frigobar, pois em Cartagena muitos não tem! O café da manhã é à la carte, as opções, como dizem em alguns comentários não variam, mas achei muito gostoso e suficiente. Sentimos um cheiro mais forte logo ao entrar no quarto, mas achamos que é do produto de limpeza, pois logo passa, talvez porque exista aquele teto com madeira. Minha avaliação final é que foi uma bom custo-benefício, poderia ficar novamente no hotel!

Overall was it great experience in this property, it was very clean, nice and courteous staff, excellent location.

Beautiful lobby, spacious room, awesome rooftop pool, and a safe street with some fantastic dining options literally steps away. Only negative is that the showers aren't hot

Wouldn’t honor my reservation, yet asked for credit card and charged. Then they said they’ll cancel reservation, issued refund receipt. Guess what? It was actually double charge. Now I have 2 charges, didn’t get a room from the hotel and they are not answering hotels.com customer service. Scam! Scam! Scam!

Funcionários muito atenciosos, prestativos e simpáticos. Hotel confortável, área tranquila, mas próxima aos principais pontos. Excelente custo benefício.
