Muy bien ubicado, muy bonito y personal muy amable el desayuno incluido muy rico y completo. Las cenas en el restaurante muy ricas y porciones generosas. Me gustó que te prestan bicicletas aunque también es fácil llegar caminando a el centro, el balneario ejidal y el parque eco turístico. También varios restaurantes y tiendas cerca.

Ein kleine, wundervoll gestaltete Anlage! Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen! Auch ein Besuch abends im Restaurant lohnt sich!

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en Blue Palm Bacalar. Desde que llegamos, todo superó nuestras expectativas. La comida, específicamente el desayuno, delicioso, abundante y variado. Las instalaciones están impecables, muy bien cuidadas y diseñadas con un estilo que combina perfectamente con el entorno de Bacalar. Se siente un ambiente tranquilo, exclusivo y muy agradable para descansar. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con todos los detalles necesarios para una estadía relajada. Se nota el cuidado y la atención en cada espacio. Pero sin duda, lo que hizo la diferencia fue la hospitalidad del dueño. Su atención cercana, amable y genuina elevó toda la experiencia. Se siente cuando alguien realmente se preocupa por que sus huéspedes la pasen bien. Definitivamente un lugar al que volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous pool area that feels like a little tropical oasis. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, a delightful stay!

Sympathische kleine Anlage mit 8 Zimmern. Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gepflegte und liebevoll angelegte Poolanlage, guter Reinigungsservice, leckeres Frühstück (wenn man Eier mag), Lage nur 3 Blocks vom Hauptplatz, Fahrräder kann man kostenlos leihen, freundliche Angestellte, 1 Flasche Wasser kostenlos pro Tag auf dem Zimmer. Leider keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher und Badesachen zu trocknen.

Pool is beautiful and grounds are landscaped perfectly with such a variety of beautiful flowers and plants. You choose the included breakfast from a menu in the attached restaurant. Each room has a nice porch with a hammock and comfortable chairs, and the chaise lounges around the pool have nice pads on them also. Nicely furnished rooms with custom built-ins.

Beau petit hôtel intimiste (que 8 chambres). La chambre est spacieuse et agréable (il y a juste la température de l'eau de la douche qui est vraiment très difficile à régler). La jolie piscine est entourée de végétation impeccablement entretenue. Par contre, nous avons trouvé que l'attitude du personnel à l'accueil pourrait être améliorée. Nous n'avons pas eu toutes les informations de base et cela manquait un peu de sourire... Aussi, bien que le taux de change pesos/euros n'ait pas changé entre le moment de notre réservation et le jour de notre arrivée à l'hôtel, le prix que nous avons payé était supérieur de 30 euros... le prix mentionné en euros sur hotel.com est faux donc attention ne pas s'y fier (manque d'honnêteté regretable de la part du site).

What a great little hotel!! Everything was clean and thoughtful. The pool and grounds were beautiful and the staff was so kind and friendly. The restaurant that was attached had amazing food as well. We would definitely come back and stay here.

The the staff at the blue palm or exceptional. The food was amazing. It felt like a home away from home. The beauty of the property was calming. We will definitely be back next year.

Great service. Only 8 rooms and staff were continuously cleaning and maintaining the property. Great room, beautiful pool with foliage between chairs that make you feel like no one else is around. You are about 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the plaza. Generous daily breakfast was included. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in Bacalar. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the pool is great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The front desk gave us great recommendations for activities. Having bicycles available was super convenient. The location is perfect, right near everything. We nearly booked a much more expensive hotel outside of town and are so glad we didn’t. Staying here was far more convenient and enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

On ne s’imagine pas ce que l’on va trouver derrière la grille d’entrée. Superbe ! Les extérieurs, la chambre et le restaurant avec des prix très raisonnables pour des plats de qualités. 10% de remise sur les plats si vous êtes client de l’hôtel. À deux pas du centre ,et de la lagune, pour nous , parfait 👍

We have stayed here once before. Its a nice small hotel with a restaurant. Rooms are big & comfortable. Dinner was nice, Breakfast is fabulous as usual. Parking is scarce, and the price of the stay has risen. We hope to return.
