The hotel, room, location are good. But the employees (reception) have some trouble. I booked the room from March 23 to 27 (4 night), when I check in, I know that time early for check in so I want to keep a lugguage and ask reception, I received the answer with unfriendly “ you can't keep lugguae here, you can keep luggage outside with locker “ (I remember 3000 won / hours), the fee for locker I don't care, I just care the way employees talk with me. When I checkouts, I see many luggage keeps in lobby, I just ask reception (only one this guy friendly during 4 night I'm stay here), he say “ yeah, it's a luggage customer keep, so do you want to keep luggage here? “. I just ask and say thanks. I don't want to back this hotel because the employees reception!
