The place s located in a wonderful area, easy access to Billy Bishop airport and wonderful restaurants. Everything is accessible!! The place is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. The beds are very comfortable and it is quiet , so you will sleep well for your next adventure. The staff is very helpful with any questions you may have and are quick to respond. I would recommend it for your next trip to Toronto.

They changed our condo for any uses but was excellent.

Nice condo, location was right where we wanted to be. 30 minute wait for an elevator was tough.

Our stay was wonderful and the host provided top notch service! This place has absolutely everything you need and walkable distance to all the major tourist attractions. And to top it off we had a perfect view of all the cute dog park!

Unit 556 is fine but a few things certainly could be improved upon. In the living area there is a futon and one chair. Futon in living room was broken and not comfortable to sit on. It is right in front of the TV and with only one other chair, not great. We tried to fix the angle but it would only lay flat. We contacted the owner/property manager (or contact person) and he said he would have someone come in the next day to look at it. They did come and he said the springs were gone and would have to be replaced or a new couch would need to be purchased. Well, I guess that helps the next guy but unfortunately not us. I think another chair would have been helpful. The unit is nice but there are a few cosmetic things that should be fixed like some missing baseboards with holes in the drywall where the baseboards should be as well as small holes in the drywall in the ceiling in one of the showers and other areas in the bathrooms. Not sure if they had water problems at one time but not nice to look at. The unit lacked supplies. There could be a few more towels and facecloths. In the kitchen there were no tea towels or dish cloths, yes there is a dishwasher but why put on for just a couple of dishes. No paper towel or Kleenex in the unit, bought our own. Loved the size of this unit it is nice and bright with big windows. The beds are comfortable. Great location, close to groceries, restaurants and events. Overall a nice place to stay.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit allem was man in einem Appartement benötigt. Ort ist zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Unterkunft ist schwer aufzufinden. Die separat zugesandten check-in-Informationen erleichtern das auffinden und sind absolut wichtig.

Great security, apartment was clean. All the furniture is very basic, but doable for a short stay.

Convenient location. Clean. Parking included. Very helpful with in and out timing.

Excellent location and great communication from property owners

The suite was fully equipped. The windows needs a good cleaning. Overall i rated 4 out of 5

I was informed our stay would be at a different property than the one I booked two days before check-in. This was inconsequential as the room we stayed in was equal to the one we booked and the property was closer to the event we were attending at Rogers Centre. Communication was excellent. We were met at the front door of our new property address, we were then informed that our actual unit was in the adjacent building, (so I guess technically we were moved twice), but escorted directly to our room and given a few instructions and left to our own avails. The room showed some normal wear-and-tear but was otherwise clean and came with a kitchen stocked well-enough for everything we'd need for our 4-night stay. We didn't get the VIP Gift Card that were told was included with our stay, but honestly it wasn't a motivating factor in our decision to book and didn't even inquire about it during the trip. Right in the middle of everything. 4 nights in downtown Toronto attending myriad events, only needed to get in an Uber once. Everything withing very reasonable walking distance. Great operator. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

We spent the weekend on a girls trip. Couldnt have asked for a better location. Very clean, safe and easy to access. I would highly recommend this and will definitely be booking again!!! Thanks to the host for accommodation. Wonderful weekend in the heart of Toronto.
