No coffee in the room, who need bath in hotel? No fridge, aircon not working, staff friendly

Casi perfecto! Las instalaciones, la limpieza y la ubicación fueron excelentes; todo funcionó de maravilla. Sin embargo, el personal podría ser mucho más amable y acogedor, ya que su trato se sintió un poco frío. Por lo demás, es una opción muy sólida para quedarse.

Very good stay overall. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a real difference. The staff were polite, professional, and always helpful when needed. Fresh, and sufficient to start the day properly. Overall, a pleasant and reliable place to stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

Paguei pelo checkin mais cedo, um valor igual o da diária, achei caríssimo. Pedi para limpar o quarto meio dia, visto o checkin mais cedo, mas não o fizeram.

Check was efficient but the receptionist spent most of her time chatting with her colleague rather than making her guest feel welcome (unprofessional). Hotel room was maintained to a high standard and was clean and very quiet. It was disappointing that there wasn't any tea, coffee or even a kettle in the room. This isn’t an Ibis Budget hotel! Breakfast had lots of options but was very crowded and somewhat difficult to get a seat at 8am.

Meget flott hotell med suveren frokost og gode senger. Kurant beliggenhet i forhold til buss og t-bane.. Hadde balkong som gir god mulighet for lufting når man vil.
