Clean and friendly staff. Mattress hard and bathroom Very small compared to others. If ur on a budget not bad, I consider this place a motel 6 in states. If u can upgrade I would recommend another place.

Very friendly and kind staff who even helped me with booking train tickets within Italy as it was my first time. Very convenient location that isn’t right in the Duomo commotion but you can easily walk there, and it’s close to the Missori metro stop. The rooms are super chic! Love the decor.

Reserved rooms here for my family. Very happy with choice. Hotel is clean and very nice. Rooms are clean, quiet with cute balcony. Ac works good and water pressure good. Location walkable and safe near super markets and restaurants and eatery options.

This hotel was trendy unique and very comfortable. Staff was wonderful. *Their breakfast buffet was amazing! Everything was great during my stay, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit. I loved their attention to detail in their retro decor, down to the record players in each room, with records to listen to. Everything was lovely and made for a great stay..

I really loved this hotel. The staff were great and the rooms were a perfect size. Really enjoyed the record player as well. It felt very well thought out.

Personalet var utrolige venlige. Men værelset manglede lys - to ud af tre lamper virkede ikke, tv’et manglede næsten alle kanaler, de sidste to dage var der ikke varmt vand og på de fire dage opholdet varede, fik vi ikke gjort værelset rent. Gjorde opmærksom på lys og tv men tre besøg og kun 1 lampe blev fixet. Opgav at klage over resten. Renovering af et andet værelse på etagen gav utrolig meget larm

We enjoyed our stay at Max Brown Hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and included a good variety of options. We absolutely recommend this place!

Nice neighborhood quiet, very friendly staff

Not the best experience. Would not return here. Great location and nice staff though. We were asked to sign an agreement that mentioned that stolen valuables would not be covered/reimbursed by the hotel. They also tried to have us sign a marketing agreement by marking it as mandatory in the agreement, which is illegal. Overall, the agreement was just very unexpected. It mentioned that we were responsible for any damages to the room, but the room itself already had so many small damages. When we notified the staff about this, they mentioned that it didn’t matter even though we had just signed an agreement stating that we would be held responsible. The whole thing was just very confusing. But truly a very nice staff and good location. The agreement just threw us for a loop.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com staff ótimo, porém tem um detalhe terrível que inviabiliza a estadia por completo, pois o tamanho do box do chuveiro é absolutamente ridículo de pequeno, não cabe sequer uma pessoa direito. É inaceitável, de verdade, eu jamais voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel por esse detalhe.

Great quality Hotel, Breakfast was 15 euro per day, but I didn't think it was quite worth it for me. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

Perfect for a weekend city break

Unique and wonderful hotel! Service is great, the front desk is great, and the rooms and decor adorable. Highly recommend! Only drawback is street which is a bit isolated.
