Good hotel in the center of Meshireb

It was okay

The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock if you can please we have to take my stuff something like that she said no it’s not legal so I told him I was in Azdan Hotel I spoke with them like what I spoke with you guys they said okay there’s no problem. Take one hour more after 1 o’clock so that make me so mad. Make me. I don’t know what should I say

Pick up from the airport was not as seamless as I thought. Initially I was told by the people at the airport that there was no pick up for my particular hotel and then 5 minutes later a man come up to me showing me my name on his phone screen. I had to wait over 30 minutes before my ride came. I was not offered a discount considering I am VIP, Gold status. Found out for myself that uber is 8x cheaper compared to the 100 QAR which I was charged for one way transportation. My recommendation is to use uber! Pro: The room was lovely, especially the bathroom.

Excellent stay – the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless and the front office staff were always polite and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, and the pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel

After a 15 hour flight, all I was looking forward to was relaxing. While I didn’t necessarily expect early check in, I certainly didn’t expect being charged more than what I had originally paid for the night. After being told I couldn’t just sit in the lounge area, I chose to pay the price and be checked in earlier. Was not provided any of the Expedia VIP benefits, Room was ok, bathroom spacious. Couple nice staff - minus the above mentioned reception. Area few minutes to National museum. Also close to the metro which I found great even to get to the airport. Pool is pretty poor, they don’t even provide towels.

We would like to sincerely thank the hotel for this wonderful experience! We only stayed for one night, but we had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent — close to the metro and easily accessible from the city. The service was high-quality, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality — we will definitely come back! 🌟🏨❤️

Hotel Rooms are very specious, neat & clean. Property is located in heart of city. Easy accessible for all the tourist locations. Wonderful view of corniche & MENA port. Reception and housekeeping staff's are very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant and memorable stay. I will definitely book same for my next trip. Thank you

I was living in Qatar previously and this time went to Qatar for a shopping trip. Sherao hotel was the best stay I choose. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. The only negative part was that their internet services were bad and inconsistent causing my remote meeting delays.

凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭
